On average how many days would you leave a seed that pops in a rapid rooter in the plug only before you move it to a pot? And what are the key indicators you would look for in a plant that has outgrown the plug and needs to be up potted to a real pot? Roots sticking out the bottom and sides? Or look for a plant that starts to look worse (e.g. drooping) than before?

A local hydro store guy told me leave them in a humidity dome for 10 to 14 days. But I'm not sure if that might be too long for auto flowering plants.

Personally I go straight to pot once the pop.

However, some wait till the first set of true leaves pop. One thing that both share in common is that they both go under a light once they do.
