Whats good people. So here's my idea for what's most likely to be my next grow. I currently have a pregnant fast bud #1 x Jet 47. I have an extra ten gallon tote. Hmmm. ...... I bet some of you can see where i'm headed.
Before I go any further, I'd like to give a shout out to sniper for the inspiration for this. Saw ur multi pot grow and my wheels starting turning.
So here's the plan. Since I pollinated a fem'd seed I want as large of a sample set as possible to weed out (pun intended) any undesirable traits, mainly hermaphrodism. My main goal here is to create a stable fairly potent autoflowering strain so I don't need to constantly buy beans. Plus I have some landrace Indica's that I haven't grown in a grip that I want to try and make an auto out of. (The heaviest sedative strain I've ever tried, elephant tranq type stuff) These were in a peculiar looking bag of middies I picked up in a Port city a few years back.
I plan on using the ten gallon tote, hempy style, with a hydroton/vermiculite/coco mix. I've always started my beans in rockwool but I don't think that would really serve the purpose of a multipot grow. I actually have two totes so depending on how many beans I end up with this might end up being a multi, multipot grow.
Anyway, this grow is still a good 2 months off. Just spitballing ideas right meow right meow.
