I've never had a hard time getting seeds from Mephisto.. All you have to do is wait for a drop, have your payment info ready and be on when they say to be on and you're done. Its nothing like trying to acquire an rtx 3080.. Those literally are gone in seconds.

Thats the problem though Tom. I did and finally caught a drop, paid and got the order confirmation. Even ask @stan_mephisto

I spent 6 months trying to figure out how it worked and then trying to catch them in time. Then spent another 2 months waiting for the order.

I just never got seeds and they wouldn't check my order until I started complaining publicly over the last week. Then they said they weren't reshipping when they realised the order was never sent.

Pretty much tom, yeah. After a month and a half, I started trying to get them to look into it but they wouldn't. I tried for ages, filling in the enquiries form on their site. I asked on reddit how to get hold of them. Sent them messages on reddit as per recommendation of Parsingtrees on there. I've even tried messaging them on this site too.

Then yeah, @stan_mephisto pretty much said tough shit, because I kept asking where the order was. Bizarre indeed, there must be something else to it that I'm not seeing
 
Wish it wasn’t the case, but I had similar customer service issues. See my most recent post in this thread. System error dropped multiples of the same seed in my cart, and zero response to 3 emails for an easy fix. They got my wrong order out in 3 days though! Also overpaid 3x for shipping on a past order (since you have to order whatever seed pops into your cart for fear of it dropping by checkout) and didn’t get extra testers as promised.

There’s “easy” fixes for these ongoing issues - eliminate per order shipping charges (like just about every other breeder out there like Night Owl) and adopt a policy that takes their known and ongoing system issues into account before finalizing orders. I’m not holding my breath though. Too much incentive to keep things as is and not enough incentive to improve.
 
I agree @terp182 . There are easy fixes, they just don't care that much about their customers to fix them. The amount of money they get from their followers and won't invest a little of it to help them.

Other people need to be made aware that they're taking a risk somewhat ordering from them. Things go wrong frequently with them and you'll be left in dark when it happens to you.

You are not being 100% honest about the situation. We shipped your order in March, the carrier lost track of it. We got an email on Friday about the situation along with "I'm going to keep spamming you at every turn until I get a response.". We immediately refunded your order, and you continued to spam and harass our staff on several platforms. As soon as you threatened to spam us, we decided we did not want to do business with you and submitted your refund.

We shipped your order, provided valid tracking. Carrier lost is, we refunded your order. You are not getting anything else form us, because you specifically threatened to spam us, which you are now.

We've allowed you to share your grievance on the forum and even moved your initial post about it to the Mephisto Customer Service Thread for Stan to reply (which is normally where this type of stuff is supposed to go.) However, once a grievance is posted, there is little reason to keep posting about it (especially on the same day or in a very short amount of time) when you haven't even received a response from him yet.

I see that he's replied (and quite publicly) to your issues, and I guess unless you feel like any of what he said is fake, false, or not correct, it sounds like it was resolved?

At the very least, I'd ask you take this to a PM if it needs further resolution, as there is no ground for you to gain on AFN by constantly posting about it (when a quite professional and courteous rebuttal was offered.)
