I stopped trying a while back. If you find it frustrating just let it go. There are other options out there. Other breeders too. Their stuff is good, but not worth the headache. I will only try again for some 4am. It's supposed to be fun hobby, don't let one breeder piss you off so bad.

Do to a stoner moment, I missed out on this weeks drop. I was aiming for some Pink Panama. I know next week its part of bundle but I have rest of strains in bundle. Are any of your dealers going to be getting the Pink Panama sometime soon? If not, will it be available ala carte in future? If I gotta buy the bundle and have doubles of other 3 then its the price I gotta pay to get it lol but I would prefer to leave these packs for people who aren't blessed enough to have previously gotten them.

They did, though that and a few others sold out very quickly at the Midnight offering. There were 9 varieties left when I woke up this morning, and just now looked and there are three left: Forum Stomper, Sour Stomper, and Super Orange Haze as of a few minutes ago if anyone's in want.

Harvest Mutual is next in line for a restock. They should have it in the next 5-10 days.

It will be available individually again for sure. We have a decent amount of stock. The open stock weeks are a bit crazy, so we usually follow up with a bundle week in order to regroup.

Super frustrated and disappointed with this whole drop. Multiple cart fuckups just for trying to get 2 3 packs. Packs disappearing from the cart. Messages telling me I’m no longer logged in. Somehow, the cart ended up with a 1-pack and a 3-pack of the same item and I clicked buy before realizing it. I had plugged in several versions of a 1- and/or 3- pack of Mango Smile and Pink Panama by this point.

The confirmation email says to contact sales@ Meph... email address with order issues. So I did, pleasantly explaining the issue, offering various easy ways to remediate it (i.e. just give me a one pack of the PP and a 3 of the Mango Smile, or vice versa, I don’t care), and got no reply except for an shipment confirmation today. 2 pink panamas.

Happy to cut and paste emails into here. My advice to the eager beavers here: buyer beware. They don’t acknowledge order issues and will ignore the customer service emails they solicit from you in their order confirmations. I’m done playing the “spend 30 bucks in shipping” for 3 packs of seeds (my last order, since you encourage quick checkouts and add 10 bucks shipping per order) because y’all can’t be assed to stress test your shit. Your customers shouldn’t be funding your IT implementation fails.
 
We are aware of the shopping cart issue and are working on several different solutions. The problem arises from such a large site load during a small window. The site works perfectly during testing, its only when loaded to max capacity do issues arise. We have maxed out our load capacity for the site extensions and are working directly with Amnasty and the server provider to try and find a fix. We 3 people working on this now and have several products being tested on the dev site along with several support tickets pending with our service providers.

Its a unique situation where every store opening basically simulates a ddos attack with the peak load.

As a former IT project manager, I few your pain. Load testing sucks because it’s nearly impossible to accurately test fully loaded servers. I get that.

This is all the more reason to make a business process change and be responsive to customer emails with the inevitable issues your known system bugs are causing.

None of my 3 emails, which were actively solicited in the Meph confirmation email, (for issues, email...) have been replied to. But my forum post gets a reply. Huh

You guys are ignoring customers’ issues. You can’t have a shit IT implementation AND an “all sales final” policy when your own corrupt software fucks up the carts.

I don’t want to understand better the nuances of IT load testing. I want a reply on MY issue of again overpaying for your premium product. I imagine I’m not alone in this frustration.
 
How long does it usually take for an order to process?


It's been a week...Still says "processing" .
