How long does it usually take for an order to process?


It's been a week...Still says "processing" .
They say to allow ten business days (so two calendar weeks). The longest mine have taken was 7 business days to ship from them...then the USPS has to do their job, which is tricky these days.
 
I ordered 2x 7 packs of Creme da la Chem and Skywalker, but not together. I didn't mind paying the double shipping charge just to make sure I snagged a couple packs before the sell out. My package arrived today and I got 3 different freebies! :clapper:I'm thinking one of them, (a 2 pack of Chemdogging vs Mango Smile), was to make up for the extra shipping charge. If so, I just wanted to thank @stan_mephisto for the extra freebie and the outstanding genetics! :headbang:

Man has anyone else had a crazy hard time trying to get these beans? I feel this company is borderline abusive to their customers, and have no respect.

I spent 6 months trying to get some of their seeds, took a day off work and set an alarm, logged in on 2 computers and I finally caught a couple packs and paid them $220.
-2 months later, seeds never came.
-Spent over a week trying to get a response off them to no avail (Reddit forums/Private chats/their own website)
-Had to post my complaints publicly on all the boards to get a response (Then they responded in less than 1 hour)
-They just sent me a tracking number (When I checked the tracking number, it said my carrier never received the goods from them)
-Then when I highlighted their F-up, they just said "sorry, we don't have them seeds anymore"
-I complained on public Meph-heads board today and @stan_mephisto just replied publicly saying their carrier lost my order. He also said they're not reshipping because I kept asking all the staff where my 2 month old missing order was.

Is it just me, or has anyone else been this frustrated or felt neglected by the staff?

When did you order? Was it from the most recent sale on the 19th?

We saw the other thread on this,... since it's basically redundant and in the wrong section, so I deleted it. Realizing you're new here so no worries on that account...
The best way is to go to the Customer Service request section and message from there... It goes to their PM, then they can respond in the Service and Feedback thread...
Since you're past that now and they have responded, no point at this stage.... However I can't find where Stan replied to you "publicly" though?

Thanks for the replies guys. Sorry about the mistake @Waira and I greatly appreciate the leniency, I'm not too familiar with social media. I messaged them via this site, reddit, their own enquiries form on their website.

It was from the early March Drop. I spent 6 months trying to catch a drop, eventually had to take a day off work (Which cost me way more than the entire order). That was 2 months ago. So 8 months of hard work in total and a lot of money down the drain and they just don't care. Do you @stan_mephisto?

Yes @Mir , you're absolutely correct. It was on Reddit. I'm not used to social media, had to root out an old Reddit username/password from years ago and even set-up this account from scratch just to get a response, it's crazy bad customer service.
