New Grower TxRebel 1st grow Gelato from Fastbuds

Even if that’s just a filter it should pull some of the chlorine out and drop the pH from 8.0 if I change it for a new one right?

maybe not chlorine but it should pull something out,be it tiny particlals, that could account for high ph.we dont have filters/ro things is this land.but the few that ive seen they look just like that.if it dont break the bank get a new one
:pighug:

Awesome thanks bud. And I will get me a zoomed in pic when I get home to see what exactly it is. Noticed it on my way out changing trash bag.

And must admit being in Texas And being surrounded by legal state on all sides of me I almost feel like I’m on the other side of the world!

Gonna have to turn my water off to pull this to read the front but that’s obv a full size pic of the way the water lines go in/out of that. If it’s just a regular filter would just a brita water pitcher/filter do the same. I figure I may not know @archie gemmill but in case anyone else pops in.

I am guessing gonna just be 1 of these in-line filters so gonna read up to see exactly what they will pull outta the water before I waste my time checking price. No need if it won’t help with

Yea man, with autos, once they are in the soil they shouldn't be transplanted. If you can't get Nectar Soil, Can you get Pro-Mix in your area? 7.3 is way high for soil. 6.3 is a good starting ph for soil. Mine is hovering between 6.7 - 6.9, which is great for flower, but sucks during veg. Live and learn. Yea, gotta have an fb account as they are closed groups.

This filter bank wasn't real expensive. Got it from uswatersystems.com. It is before a water softener to the right. The tee (filtered hard water) on the right goes to an outdoor hose bib where I draw my water from for the plants. The first two are sediment filters, the third is a chlorine filter.

I need something like that but I am in a rental house and moving after New Years do owner of house may not be happy if I install something like that and then take it with me! Was asking about like brita pitcher or something temporary cuz the house I am looking at is already setup with something similar to that cuz he makes home brew beer there so has a good setup. Or is their a decent under sink type that’ll work that I can take with or wouldn’t mind leaving if isn’t super steep??
