Show Grows 2023 Twenty20 Mendocino Spring 2023 Grow & Show

I’ve never used a heating mat but I put a plastic shot cup with some warm water on top of my router till a tail pops out. Then into soil for About a day or two and they pop up(I cover the seed with the same cup till it comes out)

Transplanted the girls today and started the 18/6 light cycle.

....

One question for users of jiffy pots, Is there a hole in the bottom or do you need to snip a hole fer the tap root?
I thought the basic claimed benefit with Jiffy pots was that roots grow through the pots and the pots break down after planted in media/soil; thus no hole needed (although could have one for initial water drainage)?

Good deal!
I have to run a test on the seed mat. I guess I was pissed AND high when I ordered it. I got the model with no sensor.

Day 11, first watering. Just a bit of RO + 100ppm CalMag water, around 6.5pH. Coast of Maine Stonington Blend is quite heavy still, we'll hold off on watering her for now. I'm seeing a few gnats. :( Gonna toss up some fly strips and maybe hit the soil with some mosquito bits next watering if it gets worse.

Lights switched to from 24/0 to 19/5.
