Mephisto Genetics Trying DWC... Again

Woke up this morning to the same thing that happened last time I lost a seed. Pics below, @derek420colorado. And @HotBunz what am I doing wrong, and can I salvage it? I'm not in the mood to lose another seed, is it salvageable in Dwc or at least soil?

I cant tell what the bottom picture is. Is the root all brown and shrivled. The part that has been in the water?

Also this happened before you said? Did you say this was tap water? If so I would go get distilled asap and clean the bucket and everything again, this time with just hydrogen peroxide. Then fill with distilled, you may have somethin funky in your water

Ok ill get some distilled water, it is tap water and ill clean the bucket out. I won't be able to get to it till tonight so hopefully it can stay alive till tonight. Thanks for the help

Oh yeah it is not goin to die on you that quick, if so you have some seriously hot or bad watah

Ok good, makes me less worried. Could it be that its got some natural minerals in it causing the issues too? Its well water so maybe some bacteria?

I don't know what it could be honestly, my first thought is that the water is too hot. Do you know what the temps are? If not exactly when you put your hand and or finger in the water is it warm?
