@Dr. Babnik has an atomic bomb that got a little too large to flower in his space, and i was reading in his journal that he was planning on moving it outside to grow throughout the summer, and i instantly saw a great challenge!! Can I catch up with the good Dr's already large plant? Only time will tell!!
I am doing my typical outdoor monster training techniques. Grown for 1.5 months under LED, topped at 4 true nodes and trained horizontally. To be grown in my best full sun location, which can be a challenge from weather(very high wind, daily heavy dew, torrential downpour rainstorms), but generally amazing plants come from the spot.
My little atomic had a touch of a rocky start compared to other strains, as right from the beginning she was quite a bit smaller than the other 7 photo strains i have growing. She was also the first of the group of plants to show eagle claws from stronger nutrient feeds. I'll take a pic tomorrow. I can only imagine how big dr babniks plant is getting, as it was like a 3 foot tall bush when i germinated mine!!!
It turns out @Waira is planning on growing out an Atomic as well this summer outdoors. I have been razzing waira for some time to get into a battle with me, so i thought this would be a perfect opportunity, and was able to convince him to battle it out with us.
Waira is growing for quality not so much quantity(smaller pot), so we will base the voting process on:
1 Live Bud or Cola (can be defoliated of fans leaves)
2 Dried Bud
(hope this criteria is ok with you two!)
