Do you know about % it contains? Mine are 37%.

9.94 pound = 12.0696902 € (this is the price with delivery). I got mine : 1 x Magnesium flakes 1kg (10340) = €13,50. So yes it is cheaper but, I ordered some other goodies from the same source. Now I see that 5kg will come with delivery to ~25€ wauw that's cheap,thank you for sharing :thumbs:. Got some news about olif leaf? :Sharing One:

Yeap it is on my list now. LOL will have stock of mg for life :xlaugh:. And what about olief lief?

An update on the missus, she hit 6.9 tonight!! And is doing more mag foot soaks, as well.
I have a ton of stuff on order, OL extract being the one that most excites me.
Now, a couple of questions. Lavender and frankincense should be in on Friday, so Saturday will be rub day. My batch of oil was made with plain water and coconut oil. Am I correct that the mag oil should be infused during the whipping?
Also, as I was stumbling around the house like "One Eyed Jack" today, I finished cleaning my remaining root ball. I took advantage of the missus being at work, and used the sink (got a look, but not THE look tonight).
Is it okay to use a "dirty ball" for the oil if it's strictly topical? My first one, the cleaning took a lot of the fine roots off, mostly those hanging tight to bits of mulch. I'd rather not lose all that material with this one.

She's had a rough week, but her mood is up-beat, she's back on the yoga, big time (that would snap me into tiny pieces), and she wants to look into the Paleo diet.

I hate cleaning roots! Yes, you loose a lot of the finer roots.
The dirt will filter out at straining...but you may have gray root oil.

Mag oil while whipping.
