You can get it many ways. We have bought capsules which I think are ground up leaves. We also have obtained some prime Mission Olive leaves, by way of stealth. There are many olive trees in the Sacramento Valley. Many are just left from old orchards, they grow alongside the freeways, and at Roadside Restops.:brow:

If you do buy them, get the kind that have a High percentage of "Olepurin" (spelling) in it.

Check the Purity..I have a feeling we have had this brought up before with maybe a Mag chloride garden supplement but the purity was an issue...:thumbs:

First step is to try BS Alone..see if you can Feel a Difference..if you Can it lets us know that we are on the right track..

The Next stage we would recommend the Magnesium Chloride and the Olive Leaf alongside the BS treatment...AND for you to give up sugar and soda..which I Think you have covered already...:thumbs:

The Olive Leaf is 400 TIMES more detoxing than vitamin C..Plus..it contains magnesium and potassium..which is synergistic with the mag chloride treatment...

Olive Leaf is a Natural anti-biotic..but unlike manufactured anti-biotics..it only kills the Bad bugs..

I take BS for the 4 day already but it is not enough for me (actually it is more than enough, I don't like the taste so I use 50% of BS in greet thee+ginger). Magnesium chloride is already ordered will get it Monday. Olive leaf is next on my order list. No sugar or soda (whole life).

We are in Talks with a company who are taking our Recommendations on board and producing Organic Olive Leaf for us to our Spec..but I'm not sure they are ready to roll yet..:thumbs:

I advised at one stage not to use garden centre MgCl2 as it was of a low
grade. The one oldster mentions is pharmaceutical grade but lacks the additional
minerals contained in the flakes mined from the sea bed which may provide
synergistic benefits.

Hahah actually it comes the best out as I'm out of money for this month, so there is plenty of time .

I feel so good and my mood is something I long time didn't had. Before I started to listen to your advices, even the smallest thing could bring me out of the mood. Now I am so strong against any stress or whatever comes to me :tiphat:

It is pure magnesium chloride hexahydrate (each magnesium chloride molecule surrounded by 6 water molecules) so by weight it would be about 20% actual magnesium.
