Transdermal Magnesium Guinea-pig thread.

I have to say you all are on to something.
CGS..WE Know..."astros Wink wink.."

Exceedingly few healthcare practitioners in the world have learned much
about magnesium medicine so they do not know to lay off the calcium and start intensive magnesium treatments.

After decades of dairy industry marketing pushing calcium we have a situation that is literally killing millions of people.

Anyone who wants to live longer should pay attention to the magnesium story and should immediately begin a strong and prolonged treatment with magnesium in its chloride form.

Magnesium chloride is the most versatile, absorbable and effective form of magnesium and can be used orally, transdermally and via IV drip. It can even be nebulized directly into the lungs and in much diluted form dropped into the eyes when its purest forms are used.

While calcium affects muscle contractions, magnesium balances that effect and relaxes muscles. Calcium tightens the muscles; magnesium relaxes the muscles.

With insufficient magnesium the muscles stay tense and through the years may cause a cramp in the muscle.
This could happen when you have too much calcium or too little magnesium.

Too much calcium causes the heart to go into a spasm and it can’t relax. This is a heart attack. Get some magnesium into the body and the heart will slowly start returning to normal unless major damage has already been done. Add iodine and selenium and we have the makings of an ideal formula to support recovery and possibly even minor tissue regeneration.

CalciumTightens muscle..Magnesium relaxes it..Simple..

so if you suffer from the shoulder/neck spasms from disesases like nerve damage..arthritis..fibromyalgia..MS..Use Magnesium Chloride.."PH Reading..?"..You will Thank us for it...it Works like MagiC

Have you ever checked out Hemp-Eaze?

It lists its ingredients as
Hemp Root, Comfrey, Burdock, Lavender, Lobelia, Hyssop, Myrrh
Gum, Sage, and California Bay.

Might be interesting to try some of these as additives

oldster..we are Looking at it.
One of the terps that work well in Dragons is Linalool.

Linalool is available in a lot more herbs and plants..thyme..rosemary..jasmine..honeysuckle..basil..lavender..

Linalool on it's own in sedating..relaxing pain killing..so combining Linalool with the rubs should be beneficial..:tiphat:

Thanks Aunty,

I will do some investigation on linahool. We grow rosemary and thyme and use in a lot of cooking already

You can get Tomatoes high in Linalool and Thai Sacred Basil is another I will be after for this season..I Know my illness craves Linalool..might as well Indulge it for a synergistic effect...:d5:

Mine says 150g for foot soak and 250g for bath. Bag says 2 cups = 250g. I use 2 large handfuls as does my wife and get 4or5 baths per kilo bag. Usually have 2 baths per week and use Mag spray a couple of times a day. Happy Wednesday...:smokebuds:

See the link. An excerpt: they exposed the animals to stressful conditions and found that those inhaling linalool saw their stress-elevated levels of neutrophils and lymphocytes fall to near-normal levels compared with the controls.

Looks like we have members working on a combo oil--linalool, mag and canna. Anyone have a thread up.

System acting nutty a minute ago. Double posted.

For anyone working with the essential oils. If, you find a mix that you would like to try let me know. I purchased loads of oils for a person who was going to use as a hobby. I have all the basics and many small quantities of the rarer oils. Will try any mix you would like.

Really, like this article. http://www.dailymail.co.uk/home/you...ancer-resolved-use-skills-boost-recovery.html

She discusses some oils that are normally not recognized for stress, sleep, e.g vetevir. So, I just mixed lavender as the base--and drops of frankincense, vetevir, chamomile and bergamot for an electric stone diffuser I have near my bed. I have diffusers all over the place. Anyone, who comes in this house has a smile. They always say--what is it that smells so good. Of course, I am exposed to it all the time. Vetevir is a leathery smell. Very strong aroma.

Got you Aunty. Will check it out. Funny--thinking along same lines. I have been "forcing" myself to eat a big fat tomatoes everyday. Never been a biggy for fresh tomatoes. That is in quantity. Cooked is great and I understand the paste/sauce has very high levels. So, I heat the tomato a tad and add spices and olive oil. Not bad--at all.

And I see from the thread above that stress goes right down to the cellular level. Wake up call for us all.
