figured Beltane, May 1, was an auspicious moment to start my fav amazon(s)

Last season's experience with Bubba Trouble taught me this:
1) She's Big!, 56" in 3 gal soil
2) She's Hardy!, took 24F one morning late in grow and kept going!
3) She's Resistant!, 120D out in the worst growing conditions, last month and 1/2, 65 to 100% RH every day with very little sun, and lots of rain. Not a speck of bud rot or powdery mildew!
4) Grew very well with very little added nutes, organic of course
5) And she takes her sweet time to gather power in my environment. Some of this gotta be the crappy weather.

So, starting this grow with this experience, here's the plan:
1 gallon fabric pots I made into insta-transplaners...

.Starting soil is my homegrown river silt and humanure composted garden soil that I've been nurturing for 6 years. Added to this is Down to Earth Rose and Flower 4-8-4, at a rate between max and min recommended. Plants will grow in the window for a month, be transplanted into the greenhouse, 10 gal fabric pots, going for big because that's what she wants. I'll top her 2, I'll be pushing this go round and don't want her to grow through the roof. I'll be boosting with EB Stone Organics Ultra Bloom, 0-10-10. My ferts are all dry organics and getting then into the plants at the right time is the learning curve I'm ryding. I'm hoping my Waiting for the Greenhouse Window Grow, which is going well at the moment, will help me with this. Oh yeah, and all my plants get mulched with compost.
I dropped 3 seeds each into two of the 1 gal transplanters, I'll grow forward with the biggest and baddest in each pot...
