Outdoor trailanimal 2020

We indeed have running water ATM :cool1: Had a pretty nice day yesterday and got to messing with my soil, so all in the spirit here:smoking:

:smoking::bighug: :smokeout: Traaaaaaail in Da House! .... outta hibernation, and rolling live and not in disguise - :headbang: (good pic mate!)...haven't shed your Winter coat yet I hope- -59F is sorta chilly I hear,...:snow3: ............And a fine way to start and set th' 'ook early my friend, with bud porn (naturally!) :d5: ... were these grown over Winter?

.... Very nice Reb' gear here Trail, it's been ages since they have been seen around! They shaped up really well, 4 stout branches, a chunky base and a fatty main to top it all off - :greenthumb:That they had good mold resistance is a hidden bonus for reals, no selective pressure was put toward that so it's that hybrid hardiness to the rescue...
 dry buds look nice solid and frosty! Which if F86, and SB? I've had a couple tastes of SB and Sister "Hairy Mary" Discipline, and they were damn good...
I've had some strains that were very trich' sparse on the leaves, save the closest sugar blades, but plenty loaded where it counts :eyebrows:.... that Lamby I have is one, with totally oily resin, least sticky I've ever seen to date... have you seen pics? You must have by now, but here's some of the 4-pot anyway!

she's full of sticky oily resin. Pic above was my first; this time I just trimmed what would come easy. So dense can't see leaf stem. With dry remaining leaves shrivel to nothing, brush right off. Low odor during grow and going into jars. Short cure and Boom! Very aromatic and flavorsome creamy diesel! After a couple of months spicey diesel, and now at 5 months cure strong diesel with just a whiff of garlic. First one I grew no odor also, then diesel chewing gum in cure. Only strain I've grown that gains so much aromatics in cure.

Now this is fun! I marvel at what strange chemistry is behind the transformation and expressions in aroma, particularly when she's so mellow live and at harvest.... Creamy diesel, this I can relate too! -- yummmm....
Ah, the CrackLOG is doing a similar thing dude, more fuelly over time; my local bud here who adopted my extra germ's of Skunk Special and CLOG swapped nugg's a while back, and his CLOG leans way more to the OG side, really fuelly now... Knockout stuff!

Oh, that Witch Dr., even better! Magic nailed the aromatics on the desired pheno', I can't get enough of the fresh squeeze aroma- :zen: Sweet and spicy, uniquiely so, and a great Indie' buzz, but not so heavy as described for me which is fine actually,... peeps smell it and can't believe it's a Bubba, even as an auto...
How are you set for seeds? Some really nice stuff has come out while you were tucked in,... Female, HSO, Sweet, SeedStockers/DP....window shop sometime and see! Are Fast Versions still something you'd like to run up there?
meantime I'm sure you've been hawking the seed stash for the line-up,... any shoo-in's yet?

@Waira , Lamby is lovely, I love how well your buds always present! Even when you are having difficulties your buds finish pristine.
Sugar Baker.....Future 86 X Cream Mandarin.....
My Witch Doctor was outrageously loud.... menthol/camphor.....like Vicks in kick, but not raspy like VapoRub. Mellowed and morphed nicely with cure She has a stout high, but like you, we were expecting a deeper bottom, we got over this  Report coming up

@Waira , seeds I have!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
shoo-ins............
This season's grow will have 2 objectives:
1) Grow enough CBD Northern Light & Gold Widow so we can free feed, so to speak. CBD/THC combos are the holy grail for what ails us, osteo/wear&tear. So, I'll grow enough this time, we need this!
2) That big Strain Hunters Skunk in the garden that does so well for what ails, will be in the greenhouse. I plan on hitting her with Almach, Portal's Green Crack. Big skunk had a ridiculously long veg. Was thinking she was a semi or worse, lol. After 60D she begins to build flower. At harvest top half of plant ready to rock, bottom half needed more time. She gave 8.5 oz and was 5'. I'm thinking she maybe could push a lb if bottom ripens in time. So, into the greenhouse a month before regs are planted. Should be ready to pollinate by time males are letting loose. Hoping the Almach will give Big Skunk the speed she needs for outdoor in the Arctic.

@themoment:
greenhouse....
Alien Overlord X Chikara/Binary Selections
Bubba Trouble/Magic Beans
Fairy Frost/Autoflower Portal
IPCBD x Haze/Healing Path Genetics/Stickman
Strain Hunters Skunk

garden...........
CBD Gold Widow/Portal/Slowmo
CBD NL/Portal/Stickman
Landlocked Funk/Binary Selections

regs...............Almach/Portal
CBD Gold Widow/Portal-Slowmo
Sugar Baker/Rebel

This is where stuff could get messy. I'm planning on starting 20 regs, 5 each, of 4 strains. These three are obvious, they support my agenda. I've got so many I'm itching to grow! I'll be nashing till seed drop.

she'll be the elephant in the tent(greenhouse)...big skunk..

That Lamby was a wild ride with 4 in a pot! No males showed up, the plan was to just snip'm out, but,.... And by the time they showed sex they were melded together! The color show was worth the feed beatings and worry though,...
So far about half of what I try holds well against botrytis,.. Gorilla Breath was supposed to be better, but clearly not,... PAK was a known risk, but a shit pheno' made that risk a losing one (weak potency, no pineapple aroma),... so called Orange Juice was OK, but again, aromatics were a wiff...Those seeds I'm tossing out, won't even subject another grower to the poor showing on the breeding of that Tangie -based strain! her smoke is good otherwise at least,...boring generic aroma though...
...Skunk Special was a Champ! Lilly held well considering her rock-density buds, I was impressed in fact... CrackLOG did pretty well too, only a bit found at harvest, and she was OD full time... The tent plants, never a problem that gawds!
I wish we could have the WD lab tested,.. I suspect some pheno's have more sedating terp's like linalool, terpinolene, that offers a sweeter floral aroma, but a velvet hammer to follow... :baked:

Oooo, that CBD cross, who dat? A new name to me,... *oh, I see, SloMo, great! ....Trail and wife approved is a ringing endorsement indeed!
Ah, nice idea on the Skunk cross, making an F1FV should show something to you specifics... problem will be pheno-hunting/dice roll for that speedy bloomer type, or a long cycle "auto"... She did so well otherwise though so a solid breeding choice... I'd still wave the Skunk Special at you giver her speed and mold resistance showing! Or the Outdoor Grapefruit from 2 seasons ago,...:greenthumb:
More nice choices! BT is a proven grower, shoo-in for sure.. FF that's been scarce anymore, and a nice strain! Did Stone use it to make Citrus Noir, I forget?
...Stickman gear, always a plus! (BTW, he flamed out here and is gone-gone; not sure if he has any presense at Portal either)....
Landlocked Funk! I'll have to check that out,... too bad Magic and Ronin have ghosted from here... I PM'ed Magic a while back; he had moved last year, but is well settled by now...

Earlier you asked about Fast Versions, all autos above the Circle. Although @Jraven 's lat Scandinavians are doing well. I'll probably haff2 give Monk a go sometime. Just to see how far north this tightrope can stretch.

@Waira , thinking of last season.....6 of 15 had mold and or BR issues. Not bad, not much lost. If I wasn't living and breathing the grow I would be losing more, lot's more. I'd be a wreck if I had to go out of camp to "work". You mentioned no probs in the tent. I'm beginning to think in my environment the greenhouse is more problematic than full out. Less air movement. Does give me a month earlier start so I can do stuff like Bubba Trouble, a real fave, but grows long time up here. And if the weather really gets severe the greenhouse girls will be protected.
