Today I got the time to make some coconut oil too. In the next days I will report how it works for my girlfriend.

You can use that coconut oil for cooking too. I make capsules with it for my lady, who has MS. We believe it has all but halted the progression of the disease. Now we are making high CBD oil for her.

Sounds interesting the high CBD oil what's the way you do that. The girlfriend from a good friend has chronic head aches and cdb oil helps . My friend bought it in the Netherlands. I think about to make some but at first I have to order some high cdb strains.
I don't got access to a lab and can't test it but I think the Rif seeds will have a good THC cdb ratio. What do you think?

What strain would you recommend?

I just grew Dinafem Haze CBD. It has a 1:1 CBD to THC ratio.

I have no access to lab testing either. I may buy a kit to do testing with soon.

Yes, the Rif Mountain should have good CBD. Probably not as much as these hybrids though.
