Day 92! Almost cropped twice but still no bloody blueberry (hey, now there's a name for a strain: bloody blueberry!) and I figure I'll have grandkids before I taste this bitch!! Anyhow, here's some pics under incandescent light so y'all can see she is budding, kinda. This would have made an outstanding outdoor plant -- tons of nodes, very bushy -- but definitely not something you wanna wrestle with in a tent small as mine.


Onyx at day 59. Like I said, not overly impressed. Expected more from the breeder's rap (never believe the propaganda). My buddy -- and I'm sick of calling him my buddy; his name's Sam (paranoid bastard's gonna freak if he reads this, LoL!) -- anyhow, Sammy reckons the Onyx girl he's pollinated, successfully, looks the same, so it ain't just a pheno peculiar to my growing methods. Nice finisher for an 8 week strain, nice and frosty, but nothing of the monster I was hoping for. Wished I could've crossed it with the damn blueberry -- that woulda been something!


Might let the Onyx go another week, just to get a nice body buzz. Okay, enough for now.

Yeah bro, very heavy sati-dom. Wouldn't have popped it if I'd have suspected it. Got nothing against satis, just don't like investing this much time in any strain -- otherwise I'd have gone a nice Northern Lights photo. And, sure, no monster, but I'm looking forward to the Onyx. I'll put up a smoke report when I taste her. Cheers.

I'm at day 96...and this thing looks to have finally come to the party! She's beginning to kick hard and is almost total sativa pheno. Gobbling nutes at 1.2 EC and pH at 6.0. Might have to lose the GrowSun for a little while and put the green monster back in there -- I'm really gonna need the height to finish her. Curiously, directly beneath the LED she shows sparse budding and fills up further from it, almost like old HID heat stress symptoms, but ain't no appreciable heat near 'em. Next on the list of to-do's along with some pics for you all. Next few days, promise, she'll be looking good.

Ugly Duckling Was A Swan All Along!

Howdy folks,

Blueberry at day 99 -- and this bitch done took over me tent!! GrowSun outta there. Needed the height to finish this gal. Think two TopLed big green machines should be enough. Anyhow, as you can see, Stitch's gal done growd up some! This thing was a super auto all along (and if I'd'a known I wouldn't have planted her). Now I know y'all are sativa crazy around here, but I like indica bud, good ol' kush, heavy body buzz. I don't mind satis but I wouldn't have invested so much time and resources to one -- no way! This one ain't just sati -- she super sati! Loves to have the shit supercropped outta her, and looks to have easily another six weeks to finish. This is gonna be the longest wait of my life!!


My Onyx gal at day 66 and she about ready, I reckon. Might wait a few more days; I'm a hog like that; wan't that body buzz. My seeded one Sammy sittin' on about half this size buds but seeded well and holdin' them tasty valuable little beans (oh, yeah, and he damn near killed me when he figured I spilled his name on an online forum, LoL! never know, might get the sucker to do a journal someday -- yeah you, you lurkin' bastard!).


And a last shot of my tent -- y'all can see the predicament I'm in with this thing. When it's over you guys are gonna get the most detailed smoke report and dried bud shots I can muster. Anyhow, is she an auto? Began to creep into flower before I started cuttin' lights back, but really kicked after I did; maybe coincidence, maybe not. For my part, I reckon this Stitch blueberry is a super auto. For you guys that have grown blueberry before, are they generally satis?

Could be some Stitch experimental he just labelled as blueberry, after all -- it's a super auto sativa with feathery buds all over the f-cking place, and it won't quit stretching! Like no blueberry I've ever read about.
