Nice I can only wish/dream about growing like this. Here is what was done to my plants last night. Let's see what happens.... It says 10-11 weeks I'm on day 34 just did my first top dressing for blooming Gaia Green nutes. My first 2 grows were Fox Farm and were twice as big as this paint. Top and side view pictures. Defoliating at this point is really not necessary… looks like she’s getting plenty of light and good airflow already.

To me, looks like defoliation has been done successfully, essentially nothing more looks to be needed.

Late to the show but what you were initially talking about was pruning... bottom 1/3 of the plant like they do for scrog. All the smallish buds that will never amount to much. That leaves energy for the ones that'll grow bigger (buds that is)...
