New Grower time of day or night to harvest

i see where if inside leave plant in dark for a few days<why>.how about outside,does 1 cut in morning--evening--or night?

Well id say the same goes for outdoor as it does indoor. If you cant bring it inside for a dark period no big deal. I recently tried for the first time, after reading on here, chopping the plant just before the lights come on. In my case i just turned off my lights and chopped before turning on grow lights. IMO it would be best to chop at dawn just before the sun officially rises. But as buddah man said, make sure what ever you do is convient to your schedule.
