Past few days ive noticed some leaves have white patches and after research and using a microscope ive dertermined its thrip. Don't know how ive got these when im an indoor gardener but I have and have ordered an organic bug killer, however both of my plants are in flowering phase and it says not to use if in flower,so how do I kill these bastards? Can anyone advise on if I should use it still and just be careful to spray leaves only or what? Im growing in coco by the way.

My wife is hard against sprays. Look up preditory mites and order them up and deal.with them that way imo! :)

Thrips are a right pain, I always get some issue with them. All it takes is a preggers one to get in on your clothes, and you will have some sort of issue.

If you do not have too many, and only a few weeks left in flower, then I'd do nothing. Those sprays are going to be really bad news for you otherwise.

If you have quite a few weeks left of flower, then it's really all about damage control. @HonestGR is right on it there with Predators, and @Arthur with the soap. You can also hang those yellow tape strips, but it's all only trying to get you to the finish line, not provide a full solution.

Thanks for advice guys, one plant has 3wks left but other is only few wks into flower. Have read that they won't harm buds and dont really want to use insecticide anyways so may just leave it or at least wipe leaves with damp paper towel.my royal cheese is worst effected and shes only just into flower, alot of her leaves are showing marks thought it was some deficiency otherwise would have treated her sooner damn

Thanks for the advice but lastnight I had a brainwave,i have several pinguicula plants(flycatcher plants) so put them in grow room and this morning had quite a few thrip adults stuck to them so that saves on using any chemicals.
