Grow Mediums Think different

Hey bro. I see what you mean, have you flushed her yet? Maybe you have a salt build up? Normally the most common defs are mag and cal.
Have you tryed any CalMag or Epsom salts/molasses?

Thanks for looking in mr kip .
I've added some Epsom salts anD upped my feed .
I have been feed low ec so I doubt salt buildup is the issue I flushed her a week ago and it was all good then bam they dry ends of fan leaves started none on the smaller ones.
Would you use bud candy to help with a mag deficiency?
Thanks for your advice.

Think Different is known to be a very heavy feeder. My ppm jumped from 1500 to 2800 over the course of a week and she showed no signs of stress(although she wasn't absorbing that much.) She can be tricky. Calmag will help with MG def and so will Epsom salts (which you have already used) She is looking nice though, keep it up.

Peace.

Hmm I'm unsure of budcandy, but I have heard its mainly made from molasses. Have you looked for the Def chart for the leafs?

I went upstairs as to take a pic since I have and use budcandy.Hope this helps with your query about the make up of Bud Candy.

Yes I checked deficencies my solution then *was to flush with Epsom salts and left system for 24 hours.

Glad for the advice and help with my plants.

6.0 is too high PH for hydro. 5.8 is best.
Get your PH to 5.8 and hold it there.
You'll find your plants will eat more, and you'll be able to push a high EC.
My experience with TD is that she LOVES calcium. Most common deficiency I've seen with TD.
I would expect problems running PH at 6.0.

I would cut PPM's in half, run the PH at 5.6, and let it drift to 5.9 before adjusting back down again.
Give the plants a couple days to sort themselfs, and raise the PPM's slowly when your PH starts to rise again.
I've run a LOT of Think Different, and that is exactly what I'd do if it was my plants.

Peace.
