New Grower THINK DIFFERENT GROW

Yeah? Thats mad

And yh i was sort of trying to make it finish the same time as the rest but figured it wouldnt be wise to let it start detiriating.
Like u said i dont think its to bad timing as the trichs where mainly clear/cloudy and a few amber (maybe 15%)
Although i struggle looking with the jeweller loupe i have.have to squint through this little hole lol ive bought one that clips onto your phone so u have the screen and can zoom in n that, hopefully that helps.

I still have 3 td seeds left, thinking of doing a scrog with them in the same 19litre (5gallon) pots?

Have you done scrog/got any threads on here of a grow doing it.i could read through for any tips.
Ill look them up more a few places but find talking to someone not just reading a page is better.

Also do you think a big pot 1 plant is worth doing in soil,i no u said hydro or coco but was thinking if worth it still.it would be 80liters (20 gallons)
Only thing im thinking if waste of time is because its an auto.if it was photo i couod veg untill good size etc and not have a short veg time.
If I were going to do an auto in a pot that big I would select a very long flowering sativa strain. Something expected to go 120 days. Then I would lay or the soil in and use a super soil with the objective of not feeding anything until I got into late flower. I think that's best reason that I can come up with for having that..

I haven't done a scrog with Autos, when I have seen them done on this forum they have been more of horizontal trellises than anything else. In other words, people spread the branches apart a little and use them to hold the plant up rather than doing a true scrog. In a true scrog you would top your plant once maybe more if it was a really fast growing strain and then you would keep your entire plant underneath your screen until you started putting on good-sized flowers and then you would let them grow up through the screen. So your plant really grows along the underside of the screen until you're ready to flower and that's when you let it go up.

I think the biggest currently is the least mature one,and will probably be at the end as its got more time than the rest.and then the smallest is the one thats done as guess it had less time.

@jingo i was thinking of somin....

They say a longer drying makes a better smoke,do u cut yours like a day after watering or leave them to dry out before cutting.figured i could put a bit of moisture in them so they didnt dry to quick.last time i had a couple plants dry in like 3 days, and i left them to go thirsty for a couple days to start drying process.

I will be leaving the bud on the stems,i wanted to take it all off and hang it on my net dryer but would need the tent space for that and the little drying box i made isnt big enough

I like to trim an entire Branch at a time and then hang them to dry Branch by branch. Because of that, I water right up to the day that I cut. If you stop watering a day early the branches are kind of limp and they're a pain to trim.

You got some really nice chunky buds there those look really good[emoji106]

I was going to use my old little carbon filter,so could use as a standalone unit.as last time i just put the hose in the growtent and it uses that extraction fan.

its got an air hole i taped some netting to stop anything getting in and just put a few holes and string in to hang it on.

Try to watch your trichomes on your calix's, the little leafy parts tend to turn faster. So you get a more accurate idea by what's going on right on the calyx.
