Day 48
Things are just chugging along. Overall I’m quite happy with everything, except for one thing... Size. I do believe that is due to environmental conditions early on in the smaller 2x4. Had low temps far too often (I saw as low as 17C) aside from that the plants are looking fine and have a full month ahead or possibly even longer to build on what’s already there. So I expect that things will be satisfactory come harvest...

Day 49 update (just realized it’s past midnight! So technically it’s day 50 now, but this is the update for 49! Lol)

Took them out of the tent for what I’m hoping is the last bit of actual work until harvest. Did some further defoliation and cleaned up the middle and bottoms. I’m a bit annoyed with myself because I totally should’ve done a better job with that the last time... instead I found myself snipping off branches and buds that had already taken energy away from the plants only to toss them now. Had I done more earlier perhaps that plant energy could’ve been put towards the other still existing branches and had them even further along. Oh well, you live and learn... Anyways, I’m noticing that they have become quite thirsty. Id say that they’re at about 2.5 litres/day (done in 2 sessions) overall things are looking decent. The fact that there’s probably a whole month ahead to just pack on weight has me a little optimistic; dare I say even excited!??? Here’s a few pics from earlier...

Day 54
Things are still looking good! (Fingers crossed) one of the plants appears to be a little nute sensitive... started to get some twisted leaves on the top of one of the plants. The plant that I had supercropped has bounced back quite well as is doing it’s best to reach out and touch the light. I plan on maybe lowering the light a few more inches in the next day or so. I believe that they have about 4 weeks left to go. When I think about that I get a bit optimistic about the final yield. My baseline number for what I consider reasonable for this grow is 4oz/plant so 1lb total. If it turns out to be 1.5lb I’ll be happier than a pig in shit!

Thanks my man... it’s turned into a ghost town in here! Still lots of time left though so maybe when things get a little more “dramatic” perhaps there will be more interest... lol

Interesting side note... on day 49 where I mentioned that I cleaned up the lowers and middle of the plants I was annoyed that I had let some of that growth even happen as I figured that the energy spent on those lowers could have been better used further up the plant. The stuff I did trim off was very tiny, not at all mature, but I didn’t throw it out... As you can see in the picture there really isn’t much to them. For the hell of it I rolled a joint last night just to see... it wouldn’t burn as it was still a bit too wet... I ripped open half the joint and put it in my vaporizer. Nothing... anyways earlier today I saw the other half of the joint and figured, why not? Sparked it up and didn’t really get anywhere with it until it burned a little further down... I basically had a 1/4 joint and it actually got me elevated. It was a very racy high but I didn’t mind at all. I couldn’t believe that it had any effect whatsoever but it did!!! Leaves me to believe that I should be in for a ver very good smoke when these are done! After all,look at what’s actually in the pic- really not much development to speak of and it was day 49... just thought I’d share that !

Well it turned out to be 2 “rockets”. Just puffing on the second one now. If there’s a lack of the desired effect I got a Fugue State all rolled and ready to go! Oh hold on a sec... yup.. starting to feel something nice off of these “sweet nothings” lol!!!
