Hey Hairy! Like Redrobbo said dont panic i had the same when swapping from one light to another or when the difference in the light intensity difference was too big through switching for example from 90W led to 4 x 600W hps they were droopy like this for a few days but picked up fine and they started getting realy big

Try raising the the light,its maybe too intense at 20 inches from the pot.
I have a vipar 300 and started that at 24inches above top of plants on intro.
