So I got my scope yesterday & I've been messing around looking at
my plants & I have some bad news . Found these little sh**heads on my northern blues fan leaf :/
spraying with soapy water for now
Hard to tell if they are spider or regular mites but it sucks either way. You may be able to get em all if it's a small plant but they are resilient bastards. Being so close to harvest, I would consider chopping early as they can quickly get out of hand and you could end up with mite-y buds...
i heard about ladybugs , but dont know much about them & i think they would just fly away . i keep my ladies in my balcony during the day to get some sunlight

Lady bugs are cheap and come in packs of 1500 - 2000. Your plants are small so you can prob fit them in a large clear plastic bin from Walmart or target or something, or an old fish tank you have laying around, or you could build an enclosure out of clear plastic painting tarps with a PVC or wood frame (you can just staple gun the plastic to wood.)
So put your ladies in there with the 1500 lady bugs. It will only take a few hours for the lady bugs to eat all the mites and eggs. Don't leave in the bin in direct sunlight, you don't want it to over heat. Also maybe put a little water dish in there too incase the lady bugs get thirsty, keep it humid. You don't need to worry about air holes in the bin cause the bugs will be putting out more co2 than the plant can take in while they're active. So after a 10 hour feast just open the bin outside and let the ladies fly off.
