I sincerely apologise for this oversight, I am not entirely sure how this happened; but Gary has recently left The Vault (all on good terms) and I have taken over his role, I thought all the promos he was running were closed off AND I was set to receive notifications as well, however, something has gone wrong in that regard.

This thread here that I set up, I have only just realised I wasnt getting notifications for either (most likely my own fault) but thats not an acceptable reason for you to be left in the cold so to speak.

I am the owner of The Vault and I take great pride in team Vaults unerring fanatical level of customer support yet, here I am letting you down :(

i will drop you a PM in a moment buddy and I will put things right for you thats for sure!

Again, please accept my apologies for this, I rely on email notifications for the forums etc. because I am so active on so many and somehow this has gone wrong, I am embarassed by this, I fully accept this is our (my) fault and I will make you happy and hopefully restore your faith in The Vault!

Hi Guys ...

It seems there's some communication issue between a previous winner, and the Vault.
I notice that Gary Vault hasn't been online since 21st June, so wont be receiving these tags, and maybe also some PMs.

I think if we tag in someone from the Vault who is more regularly online, this issue could be amicably sorted out.

@George Seeds .. Is there anything that can be done from your end for Frogster please??

I always prefer to give our site sponsors the benefit of doubt and an opportunity to set things right. Although accidents do happen with deliveries, and competitions, it's very rare for things to go squiffy like this.

@Bigg Al .. I'm still getting correspondance from Sweets regarding your issue, they are still on it and looking to reslove it for you.

Yes, Gary is no longer working for us full time, though hes been in a few days since, I however dont appear to have received notifications of being tagged etc. either, I will be checking my settings to ensure this doesnt happen again.

I am currently checking with the staff @ The Vault to see why this wasnt picked up etc and will be posting some further details shortly as well as contacting @Frogster directly to make this right

Owning your own business can be way more work than a full time job! You get to be your own boss but that stress. I don't envy you sir, but kudos on trying to save that rep! I couldn't have thought of any better way. Maybe some free seeds to our dude over here :smoking:mad:Frogster gets double entry into the competition haha
 
Well, Even if you are in it, and you are lucky enough to win it...... It is debatable if you will ever get the prize.

I won a AFN comp at the Vault. (Link Here) But, even after numerous e-mails I still have not received anything.

Once again I give you an opportunity to please explain why @Gary Vault .

I do not need seeds, I am not needy, I am not desperate, I do not rely on freebies. Do I sound "pissed off"........ Yes I am (I have principals) !

If you promise something in an attempt to gain publicity.... DO IT ! or suffer the consequences of Bad Publicity.

Thanks buddy, I think its because we had accounts then were not active on AFN for a while and when i returned it looks like my settings had reverted to what i guess where the default ones, I have now fixed them I think so I should recieve email notificaitons again and not miss things
