Indoor The Rose Garden

@RosaB controlling the environment in a small space is the hardest thing we have to do. I am struggling with RH right now because the damn humidifier refuses to work as designed.

Moral of the story just Keep on Truckin.

Thanks for the rep!

My environment is also genuinely small :yeahthat:
I remember our first grow on afn was at least partially done in a little box with tarps and florescent lights:d5:
I think I was out of town when my husband mentioned that he was going to "expand" our space a little. I was sooooo pissed!:funny::doh: I came home to a raised floor, new walls and door, a breaker panel :pass:
Good times :pighug::jointman:

That’s Awesom.
So wish the law was to allow home grown produce here, I find growing extremely engaging. Unfortunately I'm restricted to only spending minimal time with my plants while looking over my shoulder. It’s just not enjoyable And feels rushed.

After adding the mycos a bit late. I decided to give the gals two small feedings back to back (I saw no signs of burning after either one). First was 1/4 rate, second was 1/3. This morning was just good old ro water.
They look healthier than my last grow.
Same soil nutes and lights, I'm wondering if the water makes that much of a difference?:d5:

As far as what?... pH maybe?......In my main tent since switching to my current pellet type nute regimen and plain water in the reservoir I haven't had any where near the problems I had when using other liquid type nutes and pHing the solution for the reservoir. In the sideshow DWC's there has been some trouble but I am chalking that up to root rot which hopefully is being sorted by the addition of HydroGuard.

I was more thinking about maybe my hard water had too much calcium and magnesium as opposed to the ro? I don't know what too much iron does, but my sediment filter is already turning orange.
Next grow I've been considering using an organic granular food for roses, I had really good luck with it out in the garden. :shrug:

Since RO strips almost everything out you migh try a mix of RO and regular water. In Florida on a limestone aquifer high calcium is the norm from our well and it always affected my grows but a lot less when I got the RO filter and did half RO to half tap and pH'd to 6......now I just pour tap water in the reservoir without pHing it during the last 3 test grows. Next grow I'll go ahead and be testing it with pH at 6.
