Grow Mediums The Medicine Man - Medical Test Grows

Mo' pics!! So, what I've been doing in the beginning, not on purpose mind you, is have some kind of crap conditions for the plants. Mostly it was my water, which most know about by now. I remedied the issue but the first 3 weeks of life being so crucial, most of these testers of FullDuplex's were seeing some crazy high sodium cations in the water and whatever else escapes the massive house filtration that I have. A few weeks ago I got a nice RO/DI unit to give me 0ppm water and plants I've started in that (Karma1) are doing great.

I pollinated some branches of the ones that did exceptionally well given the circumstances, in hopes that not only can I continue to isolate the color on Brenda and ICU#4, but could isolate perhaps a trait for being kind to crappy environments! The Brenda and ICU#4 that I pollinated are standing about 16 inches tall. I already took about 85 seeds from Brenda and a handful from from the ICU#4.

So... FD... you said there was color in the ICU#4 line... check out the leaf tips and inner portions of the leaves.

OH, and you can also see the color in the leaves of Brenda, too. Some smaller leaves are almost totally purple, which is cool.

Cleaned up the grow rooms and moved some stuff around today. Didn't think it was going to take nearly the whole day.... I've got autos under LED's now! My photo plants will be remain under the HID stuff.

I've got one Karma1 male that I've set aside in another bedroom to develop, too. I only had received 5 of those seeds and 2 of 'em are girls, 1 male, and 2 that had accidents. oops. The more and more I look at the Brenda plants, the more purple leaves I'm finding. It's awesome!

they look great medicine man some lovley color you have there is there any info on these strains thanks

Not yet bseals. I'm typically not given very much to go on when I test grow strains. I could think there is some JEM line in there, perhaps some dragon line in there, but I'd really be guessing. I do know that Brenda is really good for circulation and migraines.

thanks med man i look foward to watching these grow great job man

great stuff mate love the purple :)

Just a quick update... 'cause I know my girlfriend will kill me if she finds me on the forum and not cleaning...

Karma 1 is 13 inches tall and 13 inches in diamater and it just now starting it's pre flower stretch. Next couple weeks will be interesting with this thing. It's definitely looking realllllllly nice. The structure is fantastic, great side branching that's coming up to the top of the plant and should provide a nice harvest in 6 weeks or so. It's wide!!

Karm#1 1 week into flowering, now standing 17 inches tall!!! That's 4 inches in the last 5 days. This plant looks absolutely stunning. The structure is as perfect as one could ask for in a branching plant. Not a SOG style at all, so if you plant a million girls in a 4x4 tent, this isn't for you. But if you do grows a'la SeymourBuds, with one or two plants in a tent, this thing will do you right so far. Also... keep in mind this thing was stunted in the beginning. There were about 2 weeks that it didn't do anything at all, about 2 weeks into it's life. I don't know why, but there was some serious leaf deformation like they got stuck. So about 14 of these inches tall has happened in the 2-3 weeks now.
