The making of a FLO auto.

Good things in the works. Out of the early test plants have to be auto, as they are showing sex. And this is under 2 weeks time! The female showed her self 2 days ago. Its VERY hard to see.
And I found a male pronouncing his parts very clearly.

I have the same f2 plants that are the same age under t5's and they do not grow like the ones under the HPS and 1100PPM of CO2.

CFL and T5's are for pussies vers HID. They do good and are cheap, they just dont juice the plants like HPS.

Chopper down a few days ago. Drying nice and fast. Will remove seeds and save leftovers for the hash pile.


Here are the F2's. For the most part 2/3's or 3/4's coco and remaining happy frog.
Broke the ground less then 2 weeks ago. Say showing sex in less then 14 days from seed is great!

Things are moving along! About the 3rd week for some. Look at the amazing growth! CO2 and coco work will together with 1000W HPS.

To date I only see 2 autos, other plants are 5-7 days behind and where under t5 with no co2 for a little to long. I would hate to see only 2 autos 1 male and 1 female. But that would be better then none.
Running 18/6 with lots of light leaks at dark.

The 2 autos. Note the female is lighter in color and the leaves are thinner. The male darker wider leaf.
Darker because its coco with happy frog, the female 100% coco with a little perlite. Both feed the same thing.
I think I like the effect of a little happy fog to coco. Dont need to feed much, ph, microbs ect.

The male. He is a cluster of just waiting to BLOW UP! I am going to move him back under the T5's to slow him down a bit.

Had 2 more show sex today that are a few days/week younger. 1 male and one female. 2 males and 2 females total that seem to be auto. Trying to speed up 1 male and female to select for f3 and p1. Talk about very good luck.
The male breeding plant will be taken on color and smell.

The new female. So far I see better growth and structure on her ves the other female. However the other female shows the thick nasty pistols that come with Flo.

You see hes BLOWING up in the last few days. Dumped very very little pollen. Now under t5 with limited co2. Gotta slow him down a bit.


Some growth on female. I think the other female may be the keeper of the 2. She does have the nice thick nasty hairs Flo has.

Looking good brother.
I usually keep my males under a cfl desk lamp.
Enough light to keep them growing just not explosive.
So cool to see this go down.

The older female.
She semi looks like her grandmother. Leaf and hair is thick.
Trichomes are coming out. smell and color are not where they need to be.
p1's are needed to cross with f3's.

Here we go! Day 41 or so. Things are coming together almost to good!
She is starting to show a wee bit of color, smell is almost dead on with Flo, tric production is not slowing down, seeds are developing super fast.
I hope I can lock all this in. It would be amazing in a auto flower.
Wonders like her make me want to pop more F2s for some dope smoke!

I still have one male chilling in the small T5 tent and 1 other female that got knocked up.
He is the larger of the males but was not used because he showed and lack of color and a few other things.
She as well is larger however tric production is not as well and has more of a skunk smell then floral.
They are the back ups. The male will most likely be used to back cross to the mother clone, for p1's, that started this whole mess of fun!

Plant on the right is around 4-5 days younger, bit taller and the trics are starting to show. Shes different in a few ways.
Trics are much bigger and taller, however do not spill out on the other leafs.
I dont think shes as locked in as the other but none the less for show and tell. Shame to throw her away.

My hope is that she will show more color in the next week or 2.
Few bean should be ready in 3 weeks or so that would put it over 60 days.
Looking forward to the first set of f3's

and maybe 4-5 months time ill have some p2f3's
