They are spaced at 1foot/12" on the rails..the side spacing is three feet,the light overlap should allow a row of plants in the middle or allow the tallest to be put there with shorter plants under the cobs.. 4.25 amps@43.3 watts/217 total per "rail"..434 watts total of both..those numbers come from the cobsite,i wont be able to take an actual

I think you beat up on your ladies even worse than @autobeast likes to whip his girls into shape. I can't wait to see how yours turn out. I think I have watched every training technique with autos except for mainlining, should be interesting.
