The Definitive Colloidal Silver Tutorial

its releasing pollen , but i believe i waited too long to start feeding the flowering nutes so pollen count is lower then expected , i truely believe it was the lack of nutes as it is continueing to grow male flowers to this day and its been quite some time since it was last sprayed

was a complete success as for reversal , there isnt a female flower or pistil on her and she is packed full with male flowers , thick groups too , not just a few scattered ones , i have no batteries for the camera or id take pics , before anyone says go get batteries , i cant afford them

peace

Hi Bob! In your opinion how soon should we be switching nutes? My bottles have a "transition phase" ratio on them. Since my plant is starting to throw preflowers should I maybe start this week with that or maybe even full flower? Don't want any deficiencies with nitrogen since it is still growing. Transition phase is 2-2-2, General Hydroponics three part series.

Also, sorry to read you are having horrible headaches. I can only imagine how terrible that would be on a daily basis!

honestly ime ive noticed switching to flowering nutes almost right away has helped with pollen production , not quite at first signs of flowering , but almost

my next reversal will be flowering nutes the day i see the first tiny little ball/balls

will update about it

peace

Ok Bob, I will wait until I see male preflowers and then do a full switch . Until then I will keep using veg ratio. I will report here too with my results . Thanks so much for all your assistance!

I posted this in my thread also but thought I would report it here too since we were talking about the nute switch, unsure what to do. My mind may be playing tricks on me but it looks as if there are indeed male preflowers. They are appearing on the 5th and now I see lower nodes. The plant is 8 nodes high. I have a hard time believing these are preflowers since total spraying time is 5 days so far. The fist pic is the unedited version and the second I put circles around what I feel are preflowers:

I will check these tomorrow. They may be clearer tomorrow and if it's obvious I am right I will switch to flowering phase.

Hey Bob! I just tested my homemade CS with my TDS tester. It is only reading 0.06. Is this enough or should I put the rods back in and brew for a little longer? It has been sitting for around a month now...

Edit: There is some silver in the beam noticeable but not a solid stream by any means.

they read different then ppm so i dunno

i stopped testing the ppm a year or so ago , i simply use the lazer pointer now as it leaves no doubt if my meter is working/reading properly

if the beam is thick with sparkles your good

peace

It's not thick with sparkles... I will brew a couple more hours when I get home from work tonight or tomorrow morning. Thanks Bob.
