The Definitive Colloidal Silver Tutorial

That's awesome, thanks for the quick reply dude :)

:slap:

Would you recommend diluting mine down from 27ppm, closer to your 15-20 or am I still in a range where it won't make too much of a difference.

Thanks again for all your help dude

:smokebuds:

yeah id dilute it somewhat , only because i think it would be wasteful using it full strength

a few years trial and error now lol

nope sts is once then a week to 10 days later do it again , and possibly a 3rd time if it didnt take or unsure

cres would be the one to talk to about sts though , my sts trial i consider a fail as i got maybe 10% of the seeds i should have , but then i was spraying daily and have since learned thats a no-no , even though some ppl claim they spray daily like a mad man , imo it would be wasteful and silly if its not required , who cares if it works spraying daily if it also works spraying 2 to 3 times once a week

LOL well that would explain why min didnt work maybe lol sprayed it like it was CS and it turned black LOL ..when is the propper or right time to start sts?In first flower?TY for your help bob..and I see you say do the hole plant what about just a branch?I have a few I need to start spraying tomorrow.

i think first spray is before flowering , but i could be wrong , like i said sts isnt my area of experience

i dont advise doing just a branch , it can be done though , but i ALWAYS advise pollinating another plant or clone so complete reversal makes sense even if it were just that reason

i am greedy when doing a seed run i want the most i can get and an entire plant throwing pollen is gunna help me a lot better then a branch

remember , even with plenty of experience we dont always get the amount of pollen a natural male would produce , i have at times , but other times not , so why risk using just a branch , and i dont wanna get into my dislike of a plant selfing and seeding itself as its been mentioned enough already lol

p.s. maybe if we ask nice we can get cres in this thread with some sts tips

i may be wrong but first spray right after showing sex then a week to 10 days spray again for sts cres correct me if Im wrong

gonna be giving it a shot soon myself

I signed up for this forum because of this thread. Great information, and I hope to stick around for a while.

I will be starting my first ever grow soon. After, I would like to produce some seeds. Getting seeds shipped to my location is somewhat dicey, and I would like to "stock up" on seeds.

I would like to grow the female, and soon-to-be male in the same grow box (2 plants). If all I am worried about is seed production, should the plants be started at the same time, or one before the other? If staggered, which one should I start first? Or let me know if this is a bad idea. I understand it would be best to remove the soon-to-be male from the grow box while spraying with CS.

If the reversal of the one plant were to fail, I should still have a nice female to finish. Not a bad consolation prize.

Any info is appreciated. Thanks.

until you have gained a fair bit of experience id say dont experiment and play it safe by starting the "to be reversed" plant 10 days to 2 weeks early , reversal happens later then normal flowering , it first says its time to flower , more often then not it begins by shooting out female pistils , then the reversal kicks in and the pistils die while new male sacs begin to develop , it is the reason i stopped spraying before i go 12/12 because ive proven (even if only to myself) that spraying before the hormonal change (flowering) is wasteful
