When the new Promo has started You will see the promo and free seeds listed in your cart/order(well once you have placed seeds in your cart). Do NOT order until you see them in your cart/order with your other seeds. Hope that makes sense and helps.
OK, I could be wrong about this but did some reading and made some assumptions so don't quote me on this.
My understanding is that there is paperwork involved in importing ANY seeds into the US. The buyer or receiver of the seeds must provide customs with the appropriate paperwork. So Customs will contact you if they find seeds in your package without the appropriate paperwork. If you don't contact them or provide the appropriate paperwork in an allotted time then they destroy the seeds. I read something about Hemp/cannabis seeds are ok for import but they MUST have a guarantee that they are sterile(not capable of germinating) and some other pest free type of certificate. So reading into it I assume that souvenir cannabis seeds would be legal if it had a guarantee that they are sterile and the pest free cert which we can't get.
That is my take on it.

I'm not 100% sure, but about 10 days from the time that I placed the order to the time that my package arrived with an item in it, but no beans. There was a letter rolled up & stuffed inside the package that I'm assuming that the beans were hidden in. Paying the extra few bucks for the guarantee was money well spent. The second attempt arrived unscathed.
When you place an order, there is a box that asks if you want to retain the original breeders package. I think that is where I made the mistake by selecting yes. That made the overall package bigger.
If you are located in the USA, I recommend that you try to buy from Canada. Supposedly MJ Seeds is real good & fast shipping.

I haven't ordered seeds before this being my first time I heard a friend got some good genetics and thought I'd give it a shot ( I am a licenced medicinal marijuana grower in my state check your local laws before doing this can be a felony. ) I order chem dog ,berry ryder og kush and a few others all feminized I don't want to give away there great skills but I will say this I checked the original breeders pack. I got mine in there original breeders packs like 4 of them plus the freebies in there own labeled bags and all the plants rooted on day 2 and now all 3 weeks plus old are fem for sure . Opt for the shipping insurance and the random gift your money will be well spent and you will have a smile on your face took a min of LOoking but I did.

You miss understand me, is it illegal to sell to countries where it's illegal in any form like the U.S.
