I second that we live and we learn. Also we must learn to pay for our own mistakes pointing fingers never solves the actual problem. Just a question if I bought something from you and gave the wrong address would pay for shipping until I got my product? I know it sucks man but things happen when ordering online from shipping mistakes to credit card mistakes it's always a dicey game ordering online but that's the risk we take. At least your problem can be and most likely will be solved at least they didn't get snatched by customs or find out you have unexplained charges on you card. I'm sorry you had this problem but it's something that can be fixed and if you don't like the way they do business there are plenty of other seed banks to choose from.
Armory tell me something when the package went back to "Attitude" how did you find out about the extra shipping charge????
What did Attitude ask you to do and how did they want you to pay for the extra shipping charges.....
IF Attitude wanted Armory to call......some people just don't have international phone or cell service.....
I searched their web site when I first ordered I only see them accepting credit cards.
Attitude states on their F.A.Q. the following "Unfortunately we do not accept bank transfers or ******. Cheques and postal/money orders can only be accepted from within the United Kingdom." If they only accept Cheques and postal/money orders from within the United Kingdom. Then its possible Armory has no long distance calling service ability to pay the Fees by credit card. Attitude has no way to pay those shipping fees online at all.....check it out.....I have. So explain to me how Armory is suppose to pay the shipping charges. To give Credit to Attitude ....now they are offering to call Armory to get the shipping fees......any idiot could have read the the same thing I did and figured out there was an underlining problem. And to be truthful you all hold such high regard for "Attitude" and that's OK But you are only basing your opinion on your experience with Attitude because you haven't ran up against Armory's problem so until you do Don't be so quick to judge.
I wise man once told me that part of growing up and becoming a mature man was to to take responsibility for ones own actions even if they were a mistake learn the lesson and move on.... to let go of hate and resentment and to carry love and compassion in the heart...
Ugh! We've beaten this to death... The guy f-ed up and was venting.... Hopefully he has understood the mistake and lesson learned.
