sorry to hear about your problem....
I understand about the mistake with wrong address....
but personally I think everyone is missing the point that "Attitude" is keeping your money.
why not void the purchase
give you a credit for the amount you spent minus the shipping charges they were out for the first sending.
you could reorder from them again, pay them for a new order plus they would be able to collect new shipping charges and you wouldn't be out any money.
seems to me to be fair about the whole thing that should have been the wisest solution.
but to keep all your money and you not receive anything in return
no company does that they want to keep their buyers
and its totally not fair and shows that this company is a total rook
I'm seriously thinking twice before I reorder again from them.
I totally feel for you dude and agree this is just not right at all.
I hope you get this all straightened out it really doesn't make "Attitude" look to great at this point.
