sorry to hear about your problem....
I understand about the mistake with wrong address....
but personally I think everyone is missing the point that "Attitude" is keeping your money.
why not void the purchase
give you a credit for the amount you spent minus the shipping charges they were out for the first sending.
you could reorder from them again, pay them for a new order plus they would be able to collect new shipping charges and you wouldn't be out any money.
seems to me to be fair about the whole thing that should have been the wisest solution.
but to keep all your money and you not receive anything in return
no company does that they want to keep their buyers
and its totally not fair and shows that this company is a total rook
I'm seriously thinking twice before I reorder again from them.
I totally feel for you dude and agree this is just not right at all.
I hope you get this all straightened out it really doesn't make "Attitude" look to great at this point.

Midnight, I believe the OP said that Attitude was going to resend the seeds to the correct address once they received that from the OP. I do not understand where Attitude is keeping any of their money.

Yes they will resend after we pay for a Third Reshipping Fee!. it was a small mistake I guess 13 bucks is A HUGE DEAL to some folks but they've lost us as customers with that attitude = )

A third reshipping fee? I thought that was the 2nd attempt? Are there some details you're leaving out here?

Bro, I'm sorry but in my opinion, Attitude is doing everything right here as far as business professionalism and ethics are concerned. They clearly state their terms in their FAQ, which has been provided and quoted for you. You acknowledge you made a shipping error on your end, which voids the guarantee on your shipping (meaning, you are now liable.) They've contacted you; from what you've posted it's been very precise and professional. They've offered to make good on their end; which is asking you to pay for the shipping that you are now liable for because you (emphasis on the "you") broke their terms of service.

Look bud, nobody is putting you down. Nobody thinks you purposefully wrote down the wrong shipping. You're not stupid. I know that. You know that. BUT. You made a consumer error and you need to hold yourself responsible and accountable for that; and Attitude has these terms of service in place to protect themselves as a business. I consider myself a person of principles, which I'm guessing you are too. It shouldn't matter that it's $13 right? It's the principle of that matter. Unfortunately, pride and principles don't always equate to good business. Why should Attitude be liable for your mistakes?

Anyways, just wanted to share that perspective. Ultimately at the end of the day, I'm just a guy behind a computer screen overstating his opinions :pighug: . Herbies is a favorite around here so I know you'll be well taken care of. Just be careful when you're putting your details down bro; be a good consumer; not a consumer victim.

And a little fore warning to future Attitude customers, READ THE FAQ on their website. The past few negative Attitude experiences I've seen on here were all due to customer negligence, and every quip and gripe was covered by a section on their website in the FAQ.

YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE AS A CONSUMER TO DO YOUR DUE DILIGENCE!

Dude, they wouldn't have had to reship if you had pad attention to what you were doing. You need some humility man.

X2 what SOH just said, armory. Sorry things went bad, Bro, but no need to speak poorly of a company for doing exactly what they said they would do. IMHO, eat the $13, quadruple check you future orders with whatever seed bank, and be thankful your package wasn't opened at the wrong address.
I've only ordered seeds twice, both times from Herbies, with excellent results. I wouldn't expect them to lose out-of-pocket for my honest mistake, either.

I think you need some pride man! that mindset is what's wrong with capitalism.If they had an ounce of respect for their customers,they would bite the bullet.

thier so big they don't have to CARE what Tools think or do.thoughtful people will not want this company to get any bigger then they already are..

An honest mistake is just that a mistake,if they CARED about their loyalty base they would have made good on it,but being to big to fail means people get scared and just give in and do what they want ,making their ego's even bigger! I will give my money to the small guy who is still humble EVERYTIME!
