I got in trouble for the same thing a while back. PM'S would be better,never no if post masters are monitoring the site.

Got a wee bit of info bout the tude.

Made an order for the December promo and it went to the wrong state and it took 35 days to get back to them (Jodie) the rep was kind enough to email me back and tell us they got the reship back ok.Everything would have been fine to just reship to the correct state as I paid for stealth shipping with the T-shirt but they proceeded to ask for additional fees! we were asked to call them long distance phone call and give our creditcard numbers to them over the phone to pay for another reship!(we paid for the stealth shipping!)We've never had a problem in 4 deliveries so I don't understand why their customer service is getting worse but just wanted to point out this is what happened.we have since switch over to herbies.
 
That's seems to odd? I thought stealth was guaranteed shipping... So why would you have to pay anything? Did you resolve the issue? Troublesome to hear as I personally love the attitude and never had a shipment not make to me and they've even replaced free of charges some beans that just "didn't look like collectibles I would want in my collection"

If a parcel does not make it to you because it gets lost in the mail, then we reship. If you re-read the terms and conditions, when we have been given incorrect details, it will void the guarantee. However, we will reship this again because it has made it back, but you will have to pay for the shipping again as you have made the mistake on the address.

We paid for the stealth shipping..Thier keeping over 100 us dollar's of our's because of a small mistake(that should be coverd by the stealth and the shipping cost's.



They have lost all future business with us,already received three herbies orders.btw Herbies takes less time im guessing they haven't gotten too big for their briches..
 
Wait, though YOU provided wrong shipping info? That's not a small problem, that's a HUGE PROBLEM never mind the money to reship how bout if that small mistake ended up being delivered to a house lived in by Leo? I'd count your lucky stars they got the shipment back and suck

Just informing anyone concerned.It is legal where I live = ) ive received all 13 previous orders in the past 4 month's with no problems.

Ps. Personally would rather not do business with any company that is more concerned with a 13 dollar reship fee then keeping a loyal customer.(we did pay for the Stealth & the shipping fee..both fees..Herbies only charges One Fee ...just my :2cents:

Sorry to hear about your misfortune. Always sucks when you're expecting something and hoping to stick to a time schedule and everything starts to derail. I've always had good luck with Attitude myself, but sometimes snags come up bro. :karma Cloud:

If you did in fact have a typo on your shipping address; then unfortunately it sounds like you violated their terms.

This is from their FAQ:

Exclusions from our guarantee:

(i) If your parcel is confirmed as delivered by the mail service however you claim to have not received it, you must take this up with the mail service including your mail person to obtain further information where the parcel was delivered to or left at your property.

(ii) Our guarantee is also voided if you enter an incorrect delivery name (not the name on the mail box) or address, as it is your responsibility to ensure we have the correct information to ship your parcel to. 99% of parcels arrive through your door however if your parcel requires collecting from the mail service then this is your responsibility to collect it. We do ask that please double check all information before submitting, because once it is submitted, we might not be able to change it before dispatch.

Pretty much cut and dry right there. I mean it sucks, I feel for you for sure; but at least they are willing to ship it back for shipping cost. As yodabuds stated, the implications of your seed order possibly going to a different address would be more my concern, if you want my two bits on the ordeal. If it's a matter of ponying up a few bucks, consider that your lesson learned, and brother, that could have gone MUCH worse than it did.

But hey man, accidents happen. I guarantee you'll triple check that shipping address next time! So here's some good karma to you bro; hope you decide to get back to the 'Tude and get that order straightened out; I really think it's worth keeping open as an option. Nothing wrong with Herbies though!

Yep, if you put down the wrong address, your bad. Attitude went above and beyond taking care of you man. You should be grateful.
