Old Reviews The Additive Thread

@Puddentane I noticed you left out the foxfarm 3 way. I was also wondering if you want to include Super Thrive, or PGR's and hormones.
I am open to talking about anything I have simply put a few trying to give a feel for where we are traveling. Base nutes our outside the scope of this discussion. PGR's hormones Liquid Myco and such are all fair game. Pretty much I want to have a discussion about products we can buy at the beginning or during our grow to enhance the quality of the plants and flowers.

Kind of depends what you are growing in. Good organic rich soil probably needs no nitrogen. New coco needs everything. Soil out of the bag probably needs a few things. And then it depends on where you are going. If it's the first time with a brick that's one thing, but second third and eternal reuse of soil or coco is another thing and hopefully over time the only thing you need to add is good H2o. Adding something because the seller says it makes big plants is an expensive way to grow. Understanding what and exactly what you are trying to accomplish is a better approach and adding is the last resort not the first. There is a living microbe that makes for your plant everything you can buy in the bottle. And adding microbes still isn't it. So, if the microbes are not healthy or established or have been disrupted, then yes, you need to add something to compensate for your lack. So the question is, what is it nature is not doing for me? What can I do to get nature on the right course? Even if you go the synthetic route, you are just synthesizing what nature does naturally to make nutrients available and in usable form for the plants.

Only bottled 'nutrient' i use is 'HESI Super Vit' https://www.4hydro.com/hesi-super-vit
Something more to read up on. How did you use it. Did you grow any plants along with it that were not using HESI? What kind of cultural conditions do you use it under.

That one drop scares the wee out of me. That's some potent stuff.

Tell me more.

@Puddentane thats no reason to be scared. as it says its no real nutrient, it just has vitamines and amino acids to keept plant and soil (hydro also) healthy. On 20l i put 5 drops in shake it and done  i do not have any comparison to plants not used in.

I would like to add Rootamentary,Sea Green, and True Blooms from Primordial Solutions.Simply awesome products.I also just started a new grow using Origins Organic tea catalysts with awesome results the plants just love the protein hydrolysates i.e.. amino acids. My plants are praying like the Pope.
