Completed The 2023 Outdoor Auto-Photo Competition!

Ya when they are growing on the patio I see them a lot. I now get why the big growers live on site. Things can go sideways fast :toke:
I see many different bugs also tricky just pissing off the bad ones :haha:
I always try to spray preemptively to stay ahead of these things but you can’t always stop it.

... peak Summer exposure seemed OK if I recall, but high trees cut that direct Sun down quickly by late Summer-Fall...?
Agreed, she has the same petite bones; could get quite bushy if those laterals were allowed to grow out longer and fill in,... I'm trimming a fair amount off to made fewer, fatter buds...
It seems a bit of root restriction/staged transplanting works well, so something to keep in mind for ID's!

Seeds I'm all in for! have you done fem's yet? I hear good things about T20M's STS kit... Adam will gladly advise too I'm sure. BCBudLady has solid skills too! ...her I trust implicitly...
I have a few seed myself, made sure to hang onto extras after seeing your girls!
Whenever you get there let me know and I can send extra seeds if needed... This is an excellent cross, can't let he go extinct and LBH is not reliable for continuing this cross likely...

Wise choice grassmokah! :jointman: ..the Rots are like cockroaches, for every one you spot, more are outta sight... :eek1:
BTW, were you using RotBlock? ... those conditions are just to good for botrytis: warm-ish days-->cool nights + high RH%... those are very similar to Fall T's and RH% here, just cooler day and always high RH% at night...All that fresh Pacific sea air a whole mile away!
Yeah I used RotBlock this year. It probably would have been worse without it. The rains came at a crappy time for the autos usually when it's raining in the fall it's just cold day or night. They were close enough to the finish within a week or so I just didn't get the beautiful fade I was hoping for.

I have been seeing bugs flying around and on the Cherry apple fritter. Today she was all wilted in the morning and after a peek with a magnifier had brown specks eggs ? from what I think is (Phytocoris Spp.) Plant bug on her stems and adults.
I put the sprayer nozzle on the garden hose and gave them a shower hoping to rinse them off. The Brain damage on the right is fine ?
Happy Farming  View attachment 1622298View attachment 1622304
...can't quite tell in the pic GH.... Sap suckers that big though leave plenty of visible damage, and I don't see any... I think those type of bugs are "omnivores", they eat other bugs mainly but can feed on select plants... I don't know if cannabis is one of them.

It is weird sometimes how they hit one plants and all but ignore the other next to it!
They see and smell things we don't, sense a more vulnerable state in a plant? That, or the terp's bother some bugs more than others, also a thing...
Eggs can be tougher to kill than larvae and adults on some vermins. I like Lost Coast Therapy, seems to work chemically and physically (dessicant) which snuffs the eggs! This product is a blend of various oils...
Sierra Natural Science makes good, effective and safe products too. I use SNS209 systemic every year! ...makes the sap taste like ass so they usually FO after sampling ... a couple caterpillars/species ukn. seem to be able to stomache it, but the piercing sap sucker types do not!

My experience too Jean! Some of the rot prone crosses I've grown as unknown risks for this were only able to finish decently because of the RB...
That Orange Killer (New Malawi Killer x Orange Glue) for instance. So glad too coz that cross is wicked shizzle! I sent you this for ID, didn't I?

Skunk Hero 22 F1 has been pushing hard here and throwing out some nice palm palms already. The biggest plant in the garden this year.

Speed Racer S1 seems to be lagging a bit to transition... she looks a lot happier here lately though.

Bring on the fat stacks of buds already...
I'm looking forward to sampling some of the fresh auto outdoor harvest here soon hopefully by the weekend I'll be able to sample while I trim n jar it up..

Cream Cheeze F1 FV this thing has definitely peaked my interest. I thought I'd share it here since it's an outdoor plant I'm testing out. She blew up this year and has some of the craziest skunky creamy peppery terps already. This was the fastest plant to trigger flowering for me this year but the Skunk hero 22 caught up quickly.
