@Waira weekly update on the outdoor battle girls.
Devils Lettuce S1 photo is pushing hard and looking great. A tiny bit of bug damage but nothing bad. All the outdoor girls have been getting weekly treatments for pest n disease control. She is reaching for the second trellis net as I continue to pull her outward and widen her footprint.

Skunk Hero 22 F1 is a beast. No issues even the bugs are afraid of this monster. Filling out her 5x5 frame and nearly 5 ft tall already before preflower which it will easily double if not tripple in size she has preformed exactly like I had expected from indoor testing this cultivar is definitely on steroids!

Speed Racer S1 photo has had a few issues with feeding and bugs but over the last few weeks she has perked up and is looking much stronger. Reading over my notes from the grow with the Lilac Diesel which started this strain she was a bit tougher to grow outdoors as well but eventually put out solid numbers for yield and potency so hopefully this one will repay me for my efforts outdoors. She definitely is a much easier grow indoors. She's still a pretty large plant despite her neediness...

Root Beer Float auto is just flowering away. I wish I would have done a bit of LST with the autos but time has not been my friend this summer lol. She's already got some excellent frost coverage and is promoting that amazing creamy RBF signature aroma.

Kush Kush F3 auto is stacking up nicely! The autos have been on easy street cruise control. The greenhouse has been a torture chamber with high Temps and humidity and little to no air circulation but all the plants seem happy and no signs of any disease. It just wouldn't be a good test if I didn't torture them a lil bit lol...

I / We sure do miss that '80s lime green skunk weed that we used to get back in the day..it smelled just like freaking heinekens. Kind of..
Well that's another bitch I've got going on right now.

I bought a couple of cases of heinekens 30's paks the other day and was expecting that skunky flavored goodness... Mmm mm...

But man shit everybody here was pissed off... We were all expecting that skunky flavor of the heinekens that it used to have. None of us had drank heinekens in a couple of years or so maybe longer.

One of my friends was so mad he freaking just set the unfinished heineken's down and grab a PBR.

I don't know where that skunky flavor went to in the weed and the damn beer. But it sure has disappeared over the years.
Ugh... The heinekens tasted like I hate to say it man... but it reminded me of f*cking Bud light

I still got a whole case left cuz we couldn't get drunk enough to drink it all...

Thanks Jean... Let's keep trying to find that skunk flavor that's lost... let's bring it back brother...

Steinlager had Heineken beat on skunkiness in the 80s! That skunk scent hit your nose as soon as you popped the top!
I'm pretty sure the first homegrown I smoked was skunk. I think it'd be cool to grow one of the early 80s skunks!

I remember the BIG lime green seeds of the ( Affee )
Short for Afghan weed that one of my best friends used to grow back in the '80s.

It was the shit man, he only grew it outside at that time. He didn't have a indoor grow set up. I guess this was early '80s probably like 84 to 90. Man that was some of the best.
He had a good connection that would get the Affee in then when he found a seed he would grow the seed.
( I guess you'd call them S2 Affee ) but he knew how to clone back then. Then It was on for home grow Affee...
I remember the BIG buds were lime green and big n lite wait, not heavy like you might think because of their size.

I love to get some of the seeds to grow. My next seed investment will be through this guy here.

But you can't get YangLanger's here in Michigan, have to go to Indiana or Illinois or Ohio or something like that to get it.
They don't have a distributorship here in Michigan. I read because they don't have a large enough facility to make enough beer for Michigan as we are a bunch of beer drinkers MF here for sure

The first time I saw the beer was at a package store in Pearl Harbor naval base in 84.
It's a New Zealand beer. Quite good too!
