I use three five gallon buckets to wash my outdoor buds. Trim all the fans off the swirl in the first bucket with warm water and 1 cup hydrogen peroxide for 15-30 seconds, shake off excess water, swirl in second bucket of warm water and 1 cup baking soda and one cup lemon juice again 15-30 seconds, shake off excess, swirl in final bucket of cool (not cold) water 30 seconds, shake off excess and put under increased air flow for couple hours then dry hang as usual.

FYI make sure the water temp is about the same as the outdoor air temp you’re harvesting.

Official update- girls are doing good on the porch. First week all summer we will have more than one day of sun. 4 in a row is what it’s looking like so girls will love that! All three are doing some bulking but NYC Diesel is the clear leader in this race but we shall see…

I was out to the farm the last 6 or 7 day's. Harvesting the indoor crop.
Friday and Saturday. I spent 12 hours trimming and lollipopping the outside garden at the farm. Where there's is 5 fire OG Kush clones from the seed mother.

Going up to the northern land in a day or 2 to trim, manipulate and water

GH effect playing it's role in this for sure... How long is your daylight hours currently mate? I recall another good Canadian mate Greenskell having some later-ish triggering.... That Lat also makes for some delay too I think? Either way, it right about now that they should start showing, so not "late" at all yet...

@Waira I'm working on the pic's on the SM and the curing terps are spot on. My "un-official tester" says Spotless Mind it might be my best yet! They keep asking for more samples and a very upbeat energetic high that can lead to stimulate the body. My "Official Tester" has yet to sample anything but should get a good more detailed smoke report in a few weeks. Unofficial tester says the Vanilla Latte says "Hmmm Vanilla Latte I get it" is a hard hitting indica. Def a nighttime smoke for those who like that sink into the couch and watch a good movie feeling.

I'm planning on submitting some of these for testing this year to see how they test out and if it is as advertised. :smoking::smoking::smoking: and also for the Growyour4Cup here in Oregon. It's a home grower cup and the Vanilla and Spotless are potential candidates along with the photo's and a few other outdoor auto's and fast version I have going. I won't select anything until everything is cured and sometime in November. They require submitting 21gr of bud for the lab and judges.

@Waira update on the OD photo girls. All 3 of the Ethos girls are banging! Big Detroit Energy, Lilac Diesel, and Banana Daddy are all starting to show small signs flowering is starting up. The weather has been pretty decent for the last week and in the forecast looks pretty good for the next 10 days at least. I can't wait to see some nuggets stack massive all over these things. It's my favorite time of the grow I have the trees now its time for the watermelons!

update on the What's My Name S1 Auto. It has finished. Ill have to get in my notes and see how long she took later. She was stacked with some fat colas... A beautiful plant, and was pretty much bullet proof through all of the crappy weather I had through flower. It has a soft floral citric aroma and the flowers are very dense n heavy. She didn't quite put on the fade she does inside but she was a looker all frosty with trichomes.

gimmegimmegimme! WMN looks excellent Jean, that chick looks tent-grown all the way ... man did she fatten nicely too! ...that aroma is right up my alley, make me curious to what dry-->cure brings,... You can never be sure what'll lock in! This year the HBSS and White Crack both held true to their preharvest aromas, pretty unusual actually to stay that close... But Zamadelica and S99v6 keep knuckleballing me, weekly distinct nuance changes,..all good just the same!
What I'm super stoked about is how well they performed outside, under some harsh-ass conditions, and with some Phyter action they landed in great condition!

Bill, I wash too usually,... but just the baking soda/lemon juice and clear water ones,....forget hot water too, that's just idiocy!
To shed more water, think about trying a fast pendulum-swing with the stem base in your fingers; the centrifugal force won't hurt the trich and throws the water off well... the key is to not start or stop fast! Tried and true, but it's hard on the arms a bit-

Sunz up to sunz down is 15 hours right now.. i know both Green Poison were off and rolling by now last year. Just glad to have the Phyter this year as it's looking like Croptober for all except the EBB :smoking: Seedfinders says Bluebonic x Gorilla Gold #3 is Early Bluebonic. I dunno.. just a happy camper one is going to be done in September

Had to hang a cup of rocks off the main of Cookies to get her off the ceiling. Both of those in the GH are tapped into the same thing, whatever it is. Am a bit concerned they may be tapped into too much N, but there is no way to control it, so ride it out and see what happens. :smoking:

Wow, me bad. Its been two+ weeks since my last posting here. I'm losing track of time; obviously, more projects and daily tasks than I have mental or physical capacity to handle. Anyway, my 3 outdoor photo-gals are doing just fine. Seems like everyday I'm pruning and defoliating, and then the next day, new interior growth is right back again. Ground-hogs day. They're each getting 2 gallons of feed every other day. Here's a peak:
