Testing - Simple noncirculating hydroponic method

This is an experiment of a simple noncirculating hydroponic method that was inspired by two articles I read from the University of Hawaii.
Below are the two articles.

My version uses a standard nursery quart pot, a 5gallon bucket and a lid.

Fill quart pot with media of your choice. I used Pro-mix bx with mycos.

Fill 5-gallon bucket with ferts of you choice. I used a mixture of dyna-grow, dyna-bloom and cal-mag. The reservoir level should cover the bottom third of the quart pot.
