Grow Room temps issue

Hi, need some advice .. After switching to the 250w HPS the temps are at 31-34 with lights on, even with another added clip fan .. setup :tent 60x60x180 (cm) extraction TT100 Vents (187 m3/h). 2 clip RAM fans, passive intake aprox. 20cm, extraction leads to the same room that the tent is in (I know, not ideal, but worked with 250w MH and I dont have any other choice) ambient temps in the room where the tent is are between 18-24 ..
Weird thing is, that when Im doing just the hand test, I could have the hand over there for like 5 mins without any issues, but when measured I’m getting about 33C... Plants are showing first signs of overheating ..
And last bit of info that can be relevant : so far its inside the tent connected like - filter > fan : end of the tent .. without any ducting (maybe thats the issue? ) and at the extraction I feel only like gentle breeze on my hand (but there is ok negative pressure in the tent..), not much of a wind coming out.. How strong wind should i feel ?

What would you suggest that could help ?
-get a cooltube (but Im not sure a) that I‘ll be able to fit it in this small space b) that the TT100 will be enough for filter+CT+extraction.)
-get different extraction fan cause thats the problem (but when doing the ventilation „maths“ everything seems ok.. )
-switch to LED (but I’d prefer HPS, so this I’d think of only as a last resort .. and Im not sure if Mars hydro 240 or 300 could solve the issue)
-something else (any ideas? )

that's a little bit to high i use my vents for fresh air same as yourself buti would buy some ducting to get that warm air out of your room it will make lots of difference. also ive grown with hps and a cool tube and that helped me massively as the room temp is great but i feel its not taking fresh air at that temp with your hot air mixing with it also that's my ducting not ideal but if I leave it in there my temps go crazy and one other thing without ducting are you sure its sealed properly the fan to the filter

I extract my air to the same room but pull air from a/c vent so I get fresh air from other rooms, add some really cool air when a/c kicks on also.

I'm all led but 1000w from the Wall still heats up rather quickly.

Hi there thanks for the reply .. I know that venting in the same room isnt ideal, but there is nonstop opened window and as I stated the temps are between 18-24 which I think is ok, and they are not changing with the tent on/off .. I live in apartments building so Trying to do it as stealthy as possible and ducting looking out of the window is not an option. DIfferent room as well because then Im having noise issues (so Im keeping those doors closed)..But meanwhile I found this info about inline fan being also the end, with no additional ducting : A straight length of at least 3x duct diameter is required after a duct fan.

So I'll try to add like 1m ducting after the tt so that TT gets better pressure and I'll see what will happen... But Im still open for another ideas

I really think that the airflow at the end should be higher ..

edit: and as for the last part of Your comment, yes its def sealed ok, Im more afraid that i wont get it down used shtload of ducttape

I was thinking about mars hydro 2 or viparspectra V450, I dont think that will emit so much heat .. But I dont have any exp. with led lights, always growed with MH/HPS, but not in a tent but in the room in the basement so whole different story then a tent in the living room but I'd like to do at least 2 grows with the current setup, thats why I take LEDs as the last option for now ..

Also I think for your space that fan is adequate but just about I dont rate them fans one bit I bought 2 when I first started and eventually went for a rvk or ruck fan apart from the ducting I dont know what to suggest just try get it down a little

I wasn't saying switch to led, just saying that led puts out heat also. My option was run a duct from your a/c vent so to pull air from another area.

Hazy is correct some led lights run some heat not as much maybe I used to have well still have as a spare a viperspectra 600w

Thanks for the input, I know (now ) that Vents TTs are overal the worst from all the brands .. But I was used to grow with them 12 years ago (but with tt pro 250 as it was 2x1000w grow) and just went for the familiar brand ...

But thanks anyway "Dinafem grower of the year TL" btw .. right now I have 2x Dinafem Fruit in the tent and its outgrowing the other strain that is in the tent like twice.. )

Anyway ,I'll update this thread tomorrow, if the simple addition of the ducting at the end helped ...
