Medium/grow method: soil mix from hydrogrow shop:
Soil based on peat, perlite and coconut fiber and enriched with vermiculite and humus.

Feed and supplements used: tang's easy auto schedule plus based regime :
about 2 liter every 3 days (when 2 top inches of soil has dry)

* i realized that i forgot to multiple by 2 for 2 liters so it was :
10-20 :0.5 ml/l an bloom a&b and Bio Nova – BN ROOTS 0.5 ml/l for first 3 feedings
20-30 : bloom a&b 0.75 ml\l (aprox.)
an bud factor x 0.5 ml/l

day 30: yellow spots started to appear, i had checked run off and nut water and realized ph was low (5.5-6) so i did a flush with ph 7 water for both, and three days after(yesterday) i fed them as follow:[ml/l]
an bloom a&b 2
an factor x : 1
an bud candy 0.5
an cal-mag 1

water source: tap water ph around 6.25

Strain/age: d.p auto Durban poison day 35 -45 cm tall
fastbud tangiematic day 34 -35 cm tall

light used: for tangiematic: led 160w aprox. 45cm from top
for a.d.p hps 250w tube cooled with ref. aprox. 40 cm from top
both in the same 1.2x0.5 [m] closet (so also getting each other light a little bit )

24/0 light regime.
i want to switch to 20/4 is it o.k to do it now?

Climate: 23-25 deg at night 25-27 deg [c] at day. aprox. 30 % humidity
Additional info: 2 vents outtakes air an i vent intake air (closet slightly open to passive intake. & vent from far window supplying fresh air to the room)

thanks for your patience and help! god bless you!!

Looks like she could use more nitrogen veg feed and hold off the bloom nutes at this stage.I would remove those bottom yellow leaves and any other lower side shoots and and leaves that are not getting any light because the won't amount to anything. You should be using at least 1tsp.per gal every other feeding of cal/mag.

I too follow a simplified TaNg (use AN pH Perfect Bloom nutes only) regimen, now using using AN Connoisseur Coco [rather new product] at 2 mL/L throughout the great majority of the grow. I also do foliar feeding 2-3x/week (using Transport/Optic Foliar), generally including an equivalent dose of base nutes (along with cal, mag, Si and other high salt additives best not mixed with pH Perfect), for as long as I can, until buds form, with this allowing tailoring of base and additive dosages overall or even for individual plants. After stopping foliar feeding, besides the 2 mL pH Perfect base nutes, I add 2 mL AN Mother Earth Super Tea (one of AN's 'natural' base nutes). And in the end, rather than flush with water for days-week, I just keep feeding the Tea.

Otherwise, it looks like you need to up your nutrient dosages overall, whether standard and/or foliar feeding.

thanks for your quick answer!
when you say bloom nutes do you mean all except sensi bloom a&b?
3 ml/l part and 2 ml\l part b
and 1.5 cal\mag (every other feeding)sounds good ?
how many days do i wait for change? do the yellow leave can become green again?(beside the spots)
do you think i need to change the light regime from 24 to 20/4?
thanks alot bro!

No bloom nutes needed yet until veg growth slows.Continue feeding veg nutes to give more nitrogen.Ounce leaves are real yellow they won't green up again but if they are just a little pale green they should green up.Keep your water ph at 6.5 or close to that and up veg nutes and see if this helps.

Or alternatively, forget the non-AN base nutes and generally follow a simplified TaNg AN pH Perfect Bloom nutes-based regimen, which involves using bloom nutes throughout the whole grow.

I just give advice to what I think will help but you can follow tangs advice also it's your choice.

i had followed tangs advice from the beginning and the base nutes are sensi bloom a&b (not grow a&b)
so now i will follow your advise and boost the base nutes -bloom a&b and meanwhile cut the rest (in sensi bloom part a for example you have 3-0-0 ratio and it is the same amount of N as in sensi grow: 3-0-0... so its doesnt matter where she gets the nitrogen boost from as far as i understand...)
thanks for the help.. its look like you got the right diagnose doctor namvet :)(from further search in the web...)
thanks bro! hope for quick recovery...
