10/17 (day 21 1/2) Both plants got fed 640 ppm or 1.25ish ec @5.5 pH The bigger of the plants Runoff was 1.88EC or 940ppm @6.4 pH.. The smaller plant had Runoff at 2.1 ec or 1050 ppm.
Both are showing Sex, both female. What you think about EC? Should I do anything next feeding?
(DAY 23) I've been taking the girls outside during the day and under the lights during night, they getting around 22-24 hours of light a day. The soil is still moist after 2 days of not watering. I read that I should water more than once a day in soil-less (maybe they meant in smaller pots? Is it because the nutrients around the roots are used up? I'm not going to water for another day maybe two because the soil is black under the surface. Should I take the first set of leaves off? Should I take any leaves off? My temps for the last week have been 77 for few hours a day but mostly 80-88 and high humidity between 50 and 70 . Hopefully I will have my a/c fixed soon. These plants are less than a day apart. I'm going to wait a few more days and see how much more vertical they going to get before I start flowering nutrients.. When do I use the bloom booster nutrients after I start the flowering nutes?
:group:10/21-22 (days 25-26) Plants have grown almost 4 inches in 3 days. Fed with 400ppm water @5.5 pH. Came out 800ppm @ 6.8 ph!!!!??? Thats .4 up from last feed. How can I get the pH down, Should I anticipate same trend next feed and see 7.0+ pH? ?
(days 27-33) Hello everyone. Just spent an hour on this post and it was lost.. so this is going to be the short version Figured out the radical pH was due to out of calibration instrument. My pH is still high coming out high . I've been feeding every 2 days, runoff pH is always .5-.7 higher. The plants look healthy.. although one is much Buddier than the other. I think it is due to a weak root system, I didn't let the coco settle into the pots and I watered carelessly often exposing roots, I also man handled the pots probably further breaking apart the very fine root structure. My last feed yesterday(veg still) was 1.2EC@5.4pH going in and 1.4EC@ 6.3 Coming out. Do you think its the organic soilless mix or organic Nutes causeing the higher pH?
Pics from the last 3 days. days 30-33 What do you think?
(day 37) Switched to flowering nutes , been watering every two days. 1 gallon per bucket seems to be good. Last two waterings my pH in was 5.2-5.4 still coming out over 6.1 every time maybe something is in that burpee mix is responsible. Here is some pics of the girls under my new 200w LED. I have it 8 inches above the canopy.
(day 43) Everything is fine. Its a few centimeters small due to me thinking it was suppose to be 40-60cm instead of 60-90cm. So I switched to flowering nutes a week to soon probably. If I can get an close to an oz ill be happy. What do you think? Is it looking like ill get an O from this one?
