Good or bad idea to foliar feed with 1 ml of bud candy per litre ?

1/8th strength when using any fert that wasnt meant to be a foliar , ive seen ppl mention 1/4 , but ive seen plants fry at 1/4 (with some ferts)

I just bought some fish, blood and bone meal.. apparently it helps with the flowering ? Can I just sprinkle it on the top soil on my next feed ?

K symptoms should start showing low and move up...
