she wouldnt stretch if the light was close

even without burning you could see light bleaching ocure and no leaf twisting due to the light being too close

like i told you elsewhere , ive got a 400 hid above some plants and a 45 watt 200 equivilent within an inch or less of the top of one plant and no twisting has happened

keep watching and showing pics , i know ive got the answer in my head as ive gone through it and also helped other with it in the past , but like i said , my mind is elsewhere at the moment , AND THATS NOT FAIR TO ME OR ANYONE ELSE

Checked my girl this morning and she was all twisted at the top... Any ideas ?

Looks like to me she just reaching for the light--turn/move her each day will probably help--she looks fine to me.
How high is your light?

I grew a Cream Caramel Mandarine an was a sweet tasting-very good head body buzz.

Hey man. Thanks for replying.

It's now about 6 to 7 inches above the actual top of plant. Never seen the two main leaves twist like I seen this morning. Lights been out for almost the 4 hour so I'll check again in 15 mins.

Hey Seasick, she looks good to me man, I'm not sure I see the twisting all that much, I see the leaves seem to be turning, and that could be just "heliotropism" the turning of leaves in response to the light. Caveat though, I'm not a botanist and my plant experience has been 99% vegetable and herbs so someone with more Canna experience might see something I don't.

See the way the leaves are pointing in the opposite direction they should be pointing ?

Ah, yeah I see now, before it looked like they were turning to the side slightly. Has your humidity changed much in the last day or two?
