SSSC Super Sativa Seed Club - Ongoing Autoflower Action!

Sweet Bourbon Auto Kush - Update #7
Day 44 for plants 1 & 2 in the AutoPots and day 42 for the gal in the 5 gallon RainScience bag. There's a lot going on in this tent .... I'm trying to see how much I can stuff in a 4x4 tent with the beautiful coverage from my MedicGrow Fold 8 light.

The two autopot Bourbons are on the right hand side, and the 5 gallon Bourbon is in the upper far left corner:

The 2-day younger Bourbon, in the RainScience pot, has been in flower development for a couple of weeks now. But surprisingly she is not stretching, instead staying much shorter than the two in the AutoPots.

Here's the two AutoPot girls. They're about a week or so into flower development.

Very pretty man!
I need to pick your brain.
I THINK I had the watering down on the Rain Science bags before I had to stop my last grow. They sure use the water!
With the sides drying out quickly, I started limited daily top watering with a sprayer around the edge and lightly watering the top. Then when a full watering is needed, I give a good top watering to them all, let it soak in a bit while I'm doing something else. I give them another round of top watering and wait again to let it soak in. To finish off fulling watering, I add set water amount to all the trays and let them soak them it up. I repeat until it won't soak up the water after 15min. It's fully watered after that and that's my weight I use to tell when I need to water when I pick them up to check.
Each girl has two trays, one for when I;m fully watering and another with layer of pumice, it what I had on hand, to help stave off a wet bottom.
See any room for improvement?

Erm, I've lost count of the days but I've got some spindly branches stacking up. This has been a completely hands off grow with blumats and growdots as a test. Getting nicely frosted down the leaves and hopefully the budsites start putting on some weight. I don't think this has gone nearly as well as it could have but just a test anyways.

I would say extremely strong and resilient genetics as I've not given the plant a fair run.

Look at this: Imagine how good this could have gone if frost is developing like this with poor treatment.

They both popped the soil and stood up sometime overnight.
I noticed I could see yellow stem on one of them yesterday afternoon around 12:20pm and the other started showing at 8:15pm last night ! We have Liftoff !! :woohoo:

Removed the domes @1:30pm today to let them adjust to the tent conditions.
Placed them both on a bucket for now. Temps running a little cooler since this weather change, we have a lot of those:baked:

Will be misting the soil for the next few days until they are dry enough for a good dunk.

I’ll probably run these with my other Foop nutrient plants since the Gold Leaf seems to be giving me trouble when I get to flower on several other plants. We have some time to decide which size final container to use 3short,3tall, 5 and 7. Almost wish I would have started one in rockwool and tried it in a DWC bucket. I may still do that :smoking:,DWC is fast becoming my favorite grow method.
Let’s get this party rolling !
