Day 45 Flowering
Happy new year all :jointman:

So plants are starting to yellow more which is a bit strange considering slh is generally atleast 9-10 week strain. Any of you guys on here have any experience growing greenhouse seeds slh before?

Yesterday after having given a couple of plain waters I fed per l @ 3ml bio heaven, 1.5ml grow, 4ml bloom, 3ml topmax and 1ml calmag.

What I am wondering is will the fact that a 9+ week plant started yellowing just before 7 weeks have a negative impact on yield or is the plant just going through its natural process earlier than usual? Im just wondering as most grows I've seen and what I've read about slh is most plants take atleast 10 wks flowering to mature.

I didnt grow these genetics but my slh haze from canuck seeds took about 12 weeks. I was growing outdoors mind you and aiming for 10% trichomes. Eitherway your plants look fantastic

Cool man thanks time will tell if the early yellowing effects the yield I have always kept the nutrients on the lower side rather than overfeeding and just feed more when they are looking hungry but this is a first for such early yellowing maybe these phenos just run a little shorter than usual for slh. I have found that the genetics make the biggest difference when It comes to yield anyway so ill just keep my fingers crossed :joy:

Great looking plants, lovely fat colas.

Can I ask, why do you feed plain water inbetween feeds? MIght explain the early yellowing? Is it a regime you've tried and tested?

Cool nice to know man was it greenhouse seeds slh? Do you have a thread here with the grow I can look at?
Ya it is on page 2 Seeds came from farmers lab in BC. I am smoking some now after a long cure and it's top notch :d5:

Hey man no not normally I was just thrown off as one plant was deep dark green with burnt tips starting and the other was yellowing so I assumed that I was overfeeding both but the dark green plant is just a light feeder and the other plant was yellowing because its a heavy feeder and needed more pk. It was a lapse of judgement tbh as the last couple runs I fed everytime with biobizz but I am the type of grower who gives too little nutes rather than too much as it's much easier to sort if something is off.

Day 51 Flowering
All is going good the plant on the left is looking close to harvest probably will be chopped at the end of week 9 it has pretty much stopped producing white pistils. Plant on the right probably has 3-4 weeks left and I'm pretty sure the major yellowing with burnt tips is a potassium deficiency from giving a couple of plain waters when I should have been upping feed but also a part of me is wondering could it have been too much nutes earlier in flower as its a slower flowering pheno that is looking like it will take 11 weeks total flowering as It is still producing lots of white pistils as you can see in the pics compared to the other which has bulked already and stopped producing white pistils.
