Indoor Sunshine adv mix #4 and ph????

Never used the #8 so I really cant tell ya. I added about 25% perlite to the mix and it really drains well, holds a good bit of water but yet doesn't get soggy. I dropped a few big bang (from green house seeds) and they popeed the soil in 48 hours the last batch I used some top soil mix took the 4 and 6 days to pop the soil. So germ rate was imo hella better. I transplanted a pure kush from top soil (washed the roots) in to the #4 mix and to my surprise I didn't even see the kush miss a beat. Maybe a few leaves dropped a bit but few hours later it was happy under my 600 watts. Iv screwed up so much with soil that I'm loven this #4 mix for me I'm cool with this mix. Once I get a few grows under my belt I will try some different mediums.

I will say out of all the other sites Iv been on this one in my short time here has given more REAL solid advise then all the others put together

Aluminum sulfate or garden sulfur will lower your pH. You should be able to find either at a good garden center or nursery.
