@Waira it was between the Sanlight Q6 and this HLG. I had struck up a conversation with the HLG rep, he is a fellow veteran come to find out, ( talked for about half hour) light originally $417.00, he asked if he gave me a "veterans" discount if that would help my decision. Said, sure would.
Showed up 3 days later for $300.

Cheers I'll be playing with height adjustments and dimmer. Tech has changed a lot in the last 7 or 8 years. Doesn't bode well for me, I'm not a tech guy much

proper hook-up Stylez, that's the nice price for the real-deal!
LED's are fantastic, and you can get geeky on the tech & spec', but the practical side boils down to knowing they are more powerful that they appear. Just mind what distance recommendations are made, watch the leaves/tops for hints at light stress LED-style (usually edge curling, color fade)....
I'll have to look again, but the size I want might be the next step down, like one of those boards to cover the 4x2 core. I really like,..hell need separate lights to deal with the always present height variations bewteen plants! Being able to adjust is key and since mine is only 5'h vertical space is at a premium!

Day 63 ( that's right 63) Twisted and Tangled haulted growth during veg. So she is behind smells like black licorice

Zkittles Skunk day 53 can't pinpoint the aroma.. When the NL Gas comes down I will have room to spread her out

Day 98 for the NL Gas Auto good amount of amber, she is going to start being chopped this evening faded up

Very pungent smell, no fuel smell, hopefully curing brings that out a bit.

Perfect finish on NL Gas. I hope you get some fuel/gas in there with the cure.

.... Only gripe I'd have is her annoyingly long cycle time at 98 days- ...this is something SoFem needs to work on IMO, other auto's of theirs are like this as well sometimes... For auto's, speed matters, it's one of the major +'s about them. Lose that and one might as well have grown a photo'!

Agreed 98 days is a lot for an Auto quality is definitely there though, with that I'm ok with the longer wait ZSK is delicious, will only get better as time goes on I would bet on it. Very heady but also nice body buzz. Tastes very skunk like wit some lemony taste

We will see how the Orange Bubblegum goes. In a week or 2 I am gonna drop a Nova OG.

90+ days is the reason I have not dropped any of my sofem. I'm going to harvest my both my twisted cookies & nova , and a GSC next week.
I've got a white martin, gorilla zkittles & great white already in the nursery. This morning i put a 3bears & grape mints on the router. i figure i can probably fit two more in the cabinet. I'm leaning towards more twisted tree, because they are beautiful to grow. Sorfems cherry cheese skunk & linda's seeds blueberry are on the bubble though. this will the last harvest before it gets too hot and my garage hits the high 90's.

I am going to try some sativa dominant strains with humidifier running full bore in the summer just to see what happens. I am not holding out too much hope for harvest as i think the heat will win out. May & June they might be OK, but come july & august, i dont think they'll stand a chance.
