stunted or normal ?

Hello all its around day 35 or 36 to tired to look at calendar before posting lol the zkittles og seem to finally found their groove with one of the 5 lagging behind .. few questions should i start training now or did i miss the window ? also is it not a good idea to defoliate a bit ? will be putting the 600 watt bulb in prob a week or two from now or should i do it sooner?

the autos are all the 5 gallons on right side!

Perfect time to start training. Either top or LST. These are my auto cheese from fastbuds at day 28. Using biobizz light mix soil with mega crop 2 part nutrients. I didnt train them other than super cropping and exfoliating some leaves here and there to allow the lowers to get more light. Wish I'd of tied em down early on to help control height in my tent. But oh well. Stoner mistakes. Live and learn.

Well how flexible are they? Some strains are stiffer than others and harder to train. You can roll the stem between your fingers to loosen up and break down some fibers, making them easier to bend a bit. If you happen to crack a stem, you can use duct tape to mend it, or get some of that garden tape. I've used duct tape numerous times with np.

If you can tuck fans instead of removing them, it's better for the plant as those fan leaves are specific to growth of where they are located. The largest ones are on the main branch, then on stems, then on flowers. That's what I keep in mind when considering defoliating.

I'd go ahead and up the light as well. It's grow time for them. These are just my thoughts on these things and sure doesn't make them the best way or the right way

Get some Moaquito Dunks. Break them up and water it into your soil. They have a bacteria that attacks the larvae. You might have to do it 2-3 times to get them all but it will work

That sucks. Mosquito dunks or mosquito bits work great too and are both safe for plants. Dont breath in any powder from it tho cuz that's not safe. You can also dust some Diatomaceous Earth on the top soil when soil is dry. Cuts em up and kills em. Sticky traps like you got set up are good for sure. You can try to make some apple cider vinegar traps to attract the adults as well and kill them. A plastic 20 0z pop bottle. Rinse out. Pour a little apple cider vinegar in the bottle and a little dawn dish soap and a little warm water and a little sugar and shake it up. Saran wrap the top and poke a little hole in the middle for them to get in but they usually dont get out. Neem oil is also great for the little bastards. Fought them in my hydro dwc before. They can kill your crop if you dont solve them. The adults wont but the larvae in the soil feed off the roots and can kill a plant if left untreated. Can get all the materials online for decent price. Good to have on deck anyways in case you ever get them again. Let your pots dry out in between waterings. They cant thrive in these conditions. Best of luck!
